  Cashiers so mean 😭 they do not wanna be there. Wish they didn’t charge so much higher for order pick up but I know all the stores do

  Do Not Get Gas Here!!! I put gas in and did not get my gas!! They swear up and down the pump said I got it. Tell that to my car because I did not recieve it

  The girl in the black jacket working True Texas BBQ (9-24-36 1:23pm), has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. She has a mean face on and doesn't greet you. Some people do not need to work customer service.

  I just want say to the Manager at HEB! Please give True Texas Barbuque inside HEB an award for being the most kindest Samaritans. My mom was struggling. They went above and beyond with helping my Mom feel cared for, something else could have happened, they were helpful. I thanked them, and I told them they will be blessed in all they do. Thank you HEB. Truly. May your store be blessed. Thank you. ❤️ I would recommend this store for everyone. Great deals, kind Samaritans. And the best grocery store! 😁

  I am extremely disappointed with the bakery at the Huntsville H‑E‑B. I ordered this cake specifically for my birthday photoshoot. When I originally arrived to pick it up, it was already cracking and falling apart. The bakery acknowledged the problem and asked me to give them approximately 45 additional minutes to fix it. After they supposedly repaired it, I picked it up and began driving to Cleveland. The cake was placed flat on the floorboard of my car and remained in the exact same spot throughout the drive. I also had the air-conditioning blowing directly toward the floor to keep it cool. It was never dropped, tilted, moved around, or handled carelessly. Despite all of that, within approximately 30 minutes of leaving the store, the cake began cracking and collapsing again. It continued getting progressively worse until an entire side completely split open and fell apart. The three attached pictures show how quickly the damage progressed. I called the store immediately, but I was asked if I could bring the cake back. I explained that I was already in Cleveland and was not going to drive over an hour back to Huntsville. I was then told to bring it in when I return to town on Tuesday and speak with the manager on duty regarding a refund. This cake is now completely unusable for the birthday pictures it was specifically ordered for. I planned an entire portion of my photoshoot around it and also purchased candles and other items to go with it. What makes this even more frustrating is that the bakery knew the cake had structural problems before I ever left the store, made me wait another 45 minutes while they attempted to repair it, and still gave it to me in a condition that could not survive a normal drive. Customers should be able to transport a professionally made cake home without it completely collapsing—especially after the bakery was already given an opportunity to fix that exact problem. I have never experienced anything like this with a cake before, and I would be extremely cautious about ordering a custom cake from this location.
