- PPPlumberEJun 11, 20261.0I never had an issue with any of the employees they have always been very kind at least in my experience but this last visit I have never had a smaller burrito and I even got a double portion on two burritos I watched her make the burritos and give me a half scoop in that spoon each time and still call it extra the amount of meat that was given to me wasn’t even a single serving but when I got home, I was able to pour the second burrito into the first burrito and still be able to wrap it that’s wild for those burritos to be that expensive and to and get a hilariously small amount

Burnt chicken, hard rice, bad portion size, upcharging for extra rice after they don’t actually give you extra when you ask, no other location does that. Tables are filthy and sticky. Staff manages times terribly. There’s been times where I’m the only person in the restaurant and it takes 10 minutes to get served after 4-5 mobile orders were put in front of me. This is the only restaurant I’ve ever left a review on, it’s that bad. All the 5 stars are just people who like “chipotle”, if you have a choice between here and anywhere else, choose anywhere else.

- JWJoe WoodwardMay 14, 20262.0Always issues here. We have been probably 5 times since we moved to HV and I think we have gotten a totally correct order maybe once. There is always a long wait even for pickup orders (app says 20 min end up waiting 40) and the staff always seems to be disorganized. The restaurant itself is usually not very clean either. Tables not wiped down and food prep areas look like they aren't being maintained very well. Overall it just isn't worth the hassle.
