  Went here to get milkshakes and blasts for a sweet treat and they messed up the order. We ordered one chocolate chip cookie dough blast and one heath blast. When given the blasts we saw which one had heath bits and the other had chocolate chips cookie dough bits on top however while eating it we realized the inside were the opposite and had mixed up toppings to the inside. We were upset once we realized we didn’t get what we had wanted/order.

  What's the point in ordering on the eapp,, selecting the sauces you want, just to not get it nor the utensils you need to eat. Very disappointed that this is a common occurrence. I would think the carhops would be trained to double check this. I can only assume they don't care because the tip is pre added.
