Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Asked for the most simple burger cheese and mayo put everything on it and look like they sat on it this location sucks

Stopped 2 get something with my granddaughters & it was as if they just threw the bread & lettuce in the bag, there was not burger! The server who was cleaning the lobby that day took the bag back 2 reorder. She wasn't the one who took the order, but she made triple sure the order was correct nxt time round. It was ridiculous! We waited almost 45 min!! Seriously?! Come on now...🤔😯😤🧐

I visited Whataburger on Saturday, August 8, and unfortunately had a very negative experience with management. I first watched the employees up front deal with a customer who was speaking to them extremely disrespectfully, yet they remained polite and professional the entire time.
Shortly after, I witnessed manager Julie approach those same employees in a very aggressive and disrespectful tone, telling them they were going to be written up over a bottle being somewhere it wasn’t supposed to be and that it was the last time she was going to tell them. After watching these employees already get treated poorly by a customer, it was upsetting to then see them spoken to that way by management.
I did speak with the main manager, but he didn’t seem very concerned. I understand they were extremely busy, but that doesn’t excuse speaking to employees that way.
I do want to specifically recognize Miss Shawn, Ruby, and Nativa because they were all amazing. They were respectful, helpful, and professional despite everything going on around them, and they deserve to be recognized for that.

Great service. Nice clean atmosphere. Terrible food. Always nasty. I refuse to go back. I'll drive 6 miles out of the way to get whataburger. Humble is so good. Sometimes I just pray for a good burger from wilson road but they never deliver. Only at night. I don't know about day shift
