I endured an over 30-minute wait for my order, during which my frozen smoothies sat visibly melting for a substantial portion of that time. Upon requesting a refund for the delay and compromised quality, the manager, Nick, became dismissive and refused the request, even when contacted remotely. The on-site staff member also claimed inability to process a refund. The establishment's disregard for customer satisfaction, coupled with rudeness and an unwillingness to address legitimate concerns, makes it a location I strongly advise against. Acai Bowl was packaged to go (they didn't ask) and it was freezing cold in there so I just ate in the car. Strawberries were not fresh - old and mushy. Bananas and blueberries were fresh. Does make me wonder about what goes into the "fresh" fruit smoothies. Chairs were down when I drove off so it was temporary but it looked closed and was not inviting when I arrived.

Just a loss of $30. 4.18.26 at 12:28 PM, I placed an order online for ASAP pickup. I was in the parking lot so it took less than a minute for me to pull around to the drive thru. As I was waiting in line, behind a vehicle thay just paid for their order, I had an emergency call. I reversed from the line and at 12:32 PM, called the store to cancel my order as I had to leave and couldn't wait. The individual who answered was beyond rude and notified me that my order been made and has been sitting there for 15 minutes. I was confused but didn't argue. Said I'm sorry, but I had to leave, can a refund please be processed? He stated no, as the food has been made and I said ok, I'll just contact corporate. I did and am still pending a resolution but the store is telling corporate that they've attempted to reach out to me but I'm not responding. I have no email or missed call from them. Just the single call I placed requesting the cancellation. From the comments here, looks like I wo t be getting my money back. This is a horrible location. Glad I visit the Kingwood location with much better service. Definitely will not be visiting this location again. Edit to add: The generic response is just that, generic. As indicated in my original post, corporate aka, heretohelp, was contacted. So advising me to recontact them with details that have already been provided is asinine and feels like they're just trying to score customer service points that aren't there.
