Just ordered from here at the drive thru and the lady was so rude. She acted as if I inconvenienced her because I ordered 3 combos but they only gave me 2 drinks . I had to sit at the drive thru an extra 5 minutes because she wouldn’t come back to the window and when I told her I was missing a drink she slammed the window closed and threw her head back and took a couple deep breathes like she wanted to spazz out on me. Very unprofessional. I told her god bless her when she finally gave me my drink and she slammed the window closed again.

I just ordered a $12 order from here subbing the meat for black beans. They put ground beef in it instead of beans. I asked them several times if they could please remake it because I’m vegetarian. They did not refund my money or apologize. Instead, she kept insisting that it does have black beans and no meat. When I open the container and showed her, there was ground beef and beans. The manager was still arguing behind the girl at the Customer Service drive-through. They did not refund my order, nor what they remake it at that point. I left and had to contact the national hotline, because there was absolutely nowhere. I would trust these people to make my food.

I'm saying this knowingly the staff does not get paid a liveable wage. No Taco Bell (or ANY company) will pay a good wage for the workers whose labor produces record breaking profits every year. This is to give the staff a smidgen of understanding since im assuming they dont have a GOOD pay. You know, a wage that would make a person smile and not think about offing themselves. I UNDERSTAND they dont get paid a good wage. That does NOT mean to have a bad work ethic. It seems like the only people that care are the overnight manager and another I've seen during the day. The rest, I've seen staff yell at other staff members and not communicate when an order was done wrong. Its a mess here. A couple of things ro remember IF you order here.
1. ALWAYS check your order before driving off. ALWAYS. I've had a staff member argue with me that they will make the order how they see it on the screen and STILL give you the wrong items.
2. NEVER pay for extra. They skimp out on the extra (THAT IS NOT FREE BTW. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR EXTRA AT TACO BELL. AN EXTRA .30 GODDAMN CENTS FOR SOME BEANS THAT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO PUT ON YOUR BURRITO ANYWAYS). A MULTIMILLION DOLLAR COMPANY charging extra for lettuce. I've ordered a Black Bean Crunch wrap Added Refried beans and got that same BlackBean Crunch wrap with no black beans and a smidgen of refried. Multiple times. Why even bother to PAY for the extras that SHOULD be free?

This was probably the worst dining experience I've ever had at Taco Bell. I had placed a mobile order, and when I got to the window, a woman who assumed was the manager was working. Shaq did very offended that I had come there and asked me what I wanted. I explained that I had a mobile order, and she sighed and rolled her eyes before walking away. She brought me back my order, and I asked for a receipt. She was so angry with me and she just grabbed a piece of paper that had my order on it, but it wasn't a receipt. I needed this for an app bonus I was doing, so I took time to look at the receipt to see if it had the information I needed. She told me that I needed to get out of the way. There was no one behind me, nor was there anyone else at the restaurant. But just to get away from her I pulled up. I found out it was not a receipt, so now I had to pull over and go inside. I went inside and got my receipt from somebody else because the manager refused to help me. It turned out that this receipt also didn't have the information I needed, but at that point I didn't care. I left and when I got home, I found my order was wrong. I had paid for extra cheese on my burritos, but one of them didn't have any cheese at all, but the other one might have had extra cheese, but I couldn't tell because it was all stuffed at one end of the burrito. I rarely go to Taco Bell. I have no plans to return anytime soon.
