  Jamiah was my food handler and he was so kind. He smiled and greeted me before i made it to the counter. He understood everything i was asking for on my sandwich. My food was fresh and made in a timely manner. He had a smile that lights up a room and his customer service was amazing. I will definitely be back and he deserves a raise. Make sure you tip him if you visit there because he deserves it.

  Older employee that handled my order, couldn't hear at all. I had to repeat each instruction atleast 3 times. Also employee was extremely short with ingredients, 8 strands of lettuce is NOT an appropriate amount for a ft long sandwich. And when I asked for more lettuce I was given attitude and given a rude look. Like making my sandwich isnt their job.

  Jamiah & Ian are always amazing they definitely are an assets to the company they make you feel welcomed and at home ! I just come here because of them .

  Had an incident with the so called “Manager” who lacks customer service experience! She has an attitude from the beginning as if she hated her job! && constantly raising her voice more and more, made constant gestures that read of as her being irritated with what the role as a staff represents with is to be the problem fixer! I honestly thought this was a “Newly open location due to how unorganized she ran the place, && how veggies has ice all around the containers and the way the staff would wrap and prep the sandwiches! && this is a nice area so I figured it would be a good service , but I was clearly wrong ! Never again would I’ll I stop here ! It was ridiculous! Embarrassing in general me having to apologize to the 5-7 customers for her attitude and lack of representation
