  If they would keep the pickle fries and at least get my order right once in a while I would eat there more. They make great drinks and have a great selection the issue is the staff inconsistency. Order a large cheese tot, might get chili cheese tots, or a chili dog, or sometimes what you ordered.

  Really nice people- but paying so much extra for the "extra" options on various toppings or mixins that go in a blast, it's been pretty sparse the last several times. It's not a cheap drink when I select all my options either lol but when I want it that's what I hope for by paying almost an extra $10 for a few extra toppings. Not sure what happened because they used to be packed with the extra toppings/mixins when selecting "extra".

  I ordered a footlong hot dog, and the sausage felt dry—like it was old—with a bad texture. They need to improve the quality.

  Guy on the intercom had an attitude with responses like “What do you want” The girl handing the food brought me someone else’s order and then rolled her eyes at me and got an attitude when I told her it wasn’t my order. She brings my order this time I ask about sauces and she gets an attitude and says “idk I’m not the one who packed your bag”

  Wrong order, wrong drinks, wrong change.... And when we gave back the food that was wrong, I told her I had reached into the bag, touched the food, when I pulled it out. She turned around and gave it to the customer next to us that the order originally belonged to. "Ma'am, I touched the cheese sticks, I realized it wasn't my order."
