  ordered two drinks through the app and waited more than 25 min to get them. drinks were decent but not worth waiting that long for

  The food was good only thing that made this a bad experience was that before getting to the menu screen the guy was already rushing me.

  Never fails that an online order gets placed, wait 15 minutes to arrive, then wait another 30-45 minutes to get the food once we check in. Owners and management are failing the employees as there is never more than 2 people working. Even a Friday night there is 1 person here working. Food is usually cold by the time we get it.

  The slowest service on earth! I placed a mobile order and it has been well over 30 minutes and still have not received my order!! This place needs to shut down or let go of some staff and hire some that want to work

  I have been coming to this sonic for over a decade. Do not let the fresh paint fool you. I was reminded why I avoid this location. Terrible customer service! I attempted to order a slush in the drive thru, but the young woman in the window today was completely distracted or did not feel like working. I told her my order 4 times and she would disappear, then would come back and ask me my order again. I finally decided to cancel, leave the drive thru, and take my services to another sonic.
