    Fast food is not my go to normally, I stop by here sometimes for drinks and goodies and a cold brew coffee here and there a thing that has become a fave is their route 44 flavored water (mango coconut flavors) BUT , there are these two ladies that take care of my order every time I stop by in the morning that really make my mornings !! Pam and Pat , they make even the simplest order an awesome experience by their patience , kindness, their kind good mornings or small chatter or a smile. That right there make this location a favorite morning trip for me Thank you Ladies , you are gems !!🙌🙌

    I wish I could give no stars because the service that I received today was awful. I go to the drive thru and they didn't even ring up my whole order correctly. I explained clearly what I wanted to order and the lady still didn't ring up everything. They ran my card 2 times but it should've only been 1 transaction. I was missing a drink and a side of tator tots. I was already ready to get home and this was just pushing my buttons. The lady tells me to pull up to wait for my food and when she gives it to me I immediately check it because you don't drive off without making sure everything is in the bag. I check for my extra side of tots its not in there and my burger did not have any bacon or tomatoes on it so they already messed up big time. I back up because there was no one behind me and tell her that my order is not right and I explain what I'm missing and she says okay I'll get it made right for you. Then this guy comes to the window and he has my burger bun in his hand and he is not even wearing gloves. THAT IS CROSS CONTAMINATION RIGHT THERE AND A RED FLAG. fire this guy IMMEDIATELY! He says that there is bacon the burger when clearly there isn't and no tomato so I tell him to remake my whole burger again and he closes the window with an attitude which is already wrong by not proving good customer service. They remake it and I check it once more to make sure its actually correct and it is and drive off. This was a very bad experience for me especially since I've lived in this area most of my life and I am just disappointed at how my SONIC experience was today. They need to train their staff to talk to customers the right way and properly wear gloves and not touch customers food in front of them with no gloves on. Don't ever go to this location ever again you will have a bad experience here and I have had many problems with this location too many times and I am never spending my money here ever again. They need to get their service right because it is going straight into the ground

    The staff at this location are completely unprofessional I’ve never had a bad experience before at any fast food restaurant let alone a sonic establishment. On a recent visit my boyfriend and I ordered our food as usual thru the drive thru stall we were given the option to pay cash or pay with card on the screen . We choose to pay with card and even gave a tip . A Male worker brought us the food and asked for payment we explained we paid already thru the screen . The worker gave us our food and said he’d be right back once he verified it with the manager . Afterward he came back with the manager and they once again demanded payment . I pulled up my bank account to confirm that we did already pay and even showed the date of my transaction they went back to check their system again and came back once more asking for payment . I once again refused showing proof of payment and even offering to call my bank to confirm the time the transaction was done since my phone only shows the date of the transaction. The male worker that was assisting us began to argue saying we didn’t pay and requesting the food back . He also became increasingly aggressive and stated he was going to “crash out” I told him go ahead it was his job on the line and explained I’m not repaying for an order I already paid for he once again got the manager who again asked for payment at that point I called my bank and had them confirm the time and date of the transaction. I’m extremely upset and disappointed with how this interaction was handled . They offered a “free drink” for my troubles .
