  First time coming here I’m from Tennessee visiting family and we were invited for happy hour. Omg food and drinks are phenomenal. I had bang bang cauliflower and seafood fondueaux with side of house margarita. We sat at the bar and the service was excellent. Our bartender Denzel and his crew did an amazing service I love how they all interacted with every single customer at the bar. Kiddos to Salt Grass Steakhouse new spot to kick it whenever I come to town. Keep up the great service and can’t forget about management that were on duty thank you 🙏🏾 yall have a great staff.

  Jessica was absolutely wonderful!! She made sure my family and I were well taken care of! She offered recommendations, made wonderful suggestions, she checked on us consistently and she made sure we enjoyed ourselves. I hope anyone who eats here gets to enjoy her service. She was amazing!!!

  My family and I went to Salt grass for your restaurant week, although our server was overwhelmed it took her a while to take our orders, she helped tables that got there after we did, when she finally took our drink order,(sweet tea, water, sample wine) the tea was so watered down. It took us a while to even get her attention to replace drinks (the wine never made it to the table) we ordered finally but it took so long by the time it got to us it was so cold from the appetizer to the main course they had to take it back and recook when they replaced our order the steaks tasted so burnt we just ended up taking the food to go, I ordered the sweet potato which was packed to go and today before warming it up notice to to was burnt, I have eaten at your restaurant many times before and have NEVER had this kind of service or food, my mom was here from California and I was bragging to her about how great your restaurant is (I was truly embraced). I just apologize to my mom and told her this is a first,

  Keep up whatever y’all are doing, because it’s working. By far a 10x better experience than any other “chain steakhouse” I’ve been to. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by kind, genuinely happy employees who actually seem to enjoy working there. The atmosphere hits the perfect balance, upscale without feeling overly formal or pretentious, and the food and drink menu absolutely backs it up. My bartender, Marco, was an awesome representation of the company and its management. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to throughout my meal. Give this man a raise. And the ribeye was phenomenal, cooked perfectly and one of the best steaks I’ve had for the price. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better meal or experience. This is exactly why I have such a hard time paying $100+ for a steak at some high-end steakhouses when places like this can absolutely knock it out of the park for a fraction of the price. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better service. I’ll definitely be back. And don’t forget the pineapple margaritas!

  Ordered RibEyes, there was no marbling and the texture was very dense, more like a lean sirloin. They did remove them from our ticket, but how sad a Streak restaurant sells a ribeye steak that is nothing like a ribeye. They also brought our food out before we were halfway through our salad. Our server was very nice and respectful. The first manager who half way addressed us did not indicate he was a manager in any way, not by announcement and certainly not by customer service. I asked our server when the manager was going to come over and she replied, he did. I said, you mean that guy in the pink shirt was a manager and she replied, Yes. She said she would ask another manager to come over. The next Manager was very respectful, professional, and customer service oriented. She said she was in training. I told her she could teach the other manager how to do his job. The other half of our party had the grilled salmon and said it was good. The wedge sold was good even though interupted and the Brussels and the company were excellent.
