- RRRafa6 days ago1.0went today around 1pm, it was very hot so i asked a worker why it was hot and they just said something with the vent, then helped me down the line but unfortunately the line was disgusting and they were out of pretty much everything. Previous time i have came it was not bad but the line was just not clean

When we walked in, I went to the counter and told the first employee that I had never been there before and asked how the ordering process worked. Instead of helping, she looked at me, turned around, and walked away without saying a word. We were left standing there confused, wondering what we were supposed to do. A younger employee eventually came over, and I asked the same question. He simply said, "It's like Chipotle," which at least gave us some idea of how to order. We started placing our order, and then, without any explanation, he also walked away in the middle of helping us. We sat there waiting for over 10 minutes with no one coming back to finish taking our order or even acknowledge that we were waiting. The lack of customer service was unbelievable. As first-time customers, we expected someone to take a minute to explain the process and make us feel welcome. Instead, we felt ignored and dismissed. This was a very frustrating experience, and I can't recommend this restaurant based on the poor service we received.
