  The only reason why I didn’t give it an extra star is because the fries was so salty we couldn’t really eat them. Just hold back on the sock. The sandwich was good. I had the Italian beef with sweet and hot peppers.

  I visited this place for the first time after hearing all of the hype online. I ordered a chocolate cake slice. Dry is an understatement. This was one of the worst desserts I’ve had at a fast food place HANDS DOWN! Would not recommend.

  The customer service was a 10/10 great people working there. I was excited to try this place but unfortunately the food was not good. Chili cheese dog was very bland, Italian Beef sandwich was not it and the burger had a weird taste to it. The Chicago dog, onion rings and the fries were up to par.

  Well let me start by saying the good.. the customer service was 10/10 everyone was super nice and friendly but the food…. The food was not very appetizing, only good thing was the Chicago style hotdog the burger and Italian beef was honestly bad. Food was greasy and soggy. I only really enjoyed the onion rings, fries and my hot dog 😢. We had high hopes but my boyfriend and I would probably never eat here again.

  We recently visited Chicago and had the best Polish sausage ever! We were told to go to Portillo’s for the Italian beef but didn’t get a chance to. Luckily, we have a Portillo’s here! It was so good, we will definitely be back. We tried the Italian beef, a sausage and a hot dog. All three were amazing! I said “so good” like 10 times. Also, the fries were a 10. Usually, I don’t enjoy crinkle fries so my expectations were low, but these far exceeded my expectations. They were crispy and fried to perfection.
