  The girl with a hair in a bun was super amazing to talk to and was one of the best services ever. if you want best service ever, ask for sharmean (idk how to spell)

  oli? Olly? Not sure I didn't see how it was spelled. He was a very sweet gentleman. Punctual order, was nice to our dogs. 10/10 for the driver alone.

  I refuse to order from pizza hut again. Everytime I order from this location it takes over two hours to get my pizzas when it says the estimated time is anywhere from "25 to 35 minutes" the delivery drivers here can't seem to read a simple address or follow GPS because it takes you straight to my house but somehow they keep delivering to my neighbors. When you call trying to figure out where your food is they just tell you "well our driver said he delivered your food and you signed for it." like why the heck would I be calling to ask for the status of my food if I signed for it?? Very horrible experience everytime I have ordered from this location. I refuse to do it again.

  I placed a pick up order for my kids pizza at 6:30 pm. Pick up the pizza, head home and notice my kids only ate one slice each around 7:45. I looked at the pizza and there's absolutely zero pizza sauce on the pizza. I called the store which I hate doing , I don't like to be a Karen and have mega anxiety. I was told I would be refunded and I then asked for the contact info for an area manager, the girl on the phone was already wanting me to go away so after I asked that question, she hung up on me. Luckily I live 2 minutes from the establishment so I drive up there, bring the pizza for them to see and ask for the manager. The "supposed" manager comes out, looking already unhelpful and continues to say, NOPE, We can't give refunds because 3 slices had been eaten and the other 2 were crumbled to show there was no sauce. Long story short, I asked to talk to a bigger manager and I started to hear the bad attitude. I was told to leave after 3 employees came from the kitchen in a super aggressive manner and said I better leave and "they don't do refunds". They took the pizza i brought to show them and actually, after refusing to refund me, stole the pizza and didn't give it back. Its absolutely wild pizza hut is hiring the worst of the worst. I've never experienced this type of customer service in my 40 years on earth. This place should be completely overhauled with proper customer service based employees or shut down.
