- DWDena Washington1 day ago2.0Please NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER GO TO THIS PAPPASITOS. Service was horrible and when my enchiladas came out they were undercooked the green sauce is like they opened the jar and just poured on top. Just disgusting. Hopefully they tighten up with everything.

I’ve been having sensitive teeth lately and wasn’t sure what to eat, i asked kaylee what to order and she recommend the tortilla soup and it was DELICIOUS!!!! 👩🍳😘 Will definitely be ordering from Pappasitos again!! I’ve visited plenty of Pappasito’s Cantina locations over the years, but the Humble location is easily in a league of its own. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is electric, welcoming, and vibrant—exactly what you want for a great meal out. But what truly sets this location apart is the top-tier leadership. During my visit, we had a small mishap at the table. Before it could even derail our meal, the Manager, Desirae, stepped in with absolute grace, professionalism, and speed. She turned the entire situation around in minutes and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to see a manager handle things with that level of genuine care and attention to detail—she truly made the entire experience worth it. The food was incredible as always, but Desirae and her team’s exceptional customer service are what will keep me coming back. Hands down the best Pappasito’s around. Thank you, Desirae!

I specifically called ahead to confirm whether dogs were allowed, but the information I received was inaccurate. We were seated inside with our dogs, allowed to order, and then asked to leave. I called corporate office and they sided with the restaurant manager instead of acknowledging that the situation resulted from incorrect information provided by the restaurant’s own staff. Had we simply been told that dogs were not allowed, we would have understood and made other arrangements. The policy was not the issue—the conflicting information and the way the situation was handled were extremely disappointing. Needless to say, we will not be returning.
