When the bartender with the round glasses refilled our chips, he was too lazy to empty the chips and refill with fresh ones; instead, he just put a few more on top of the already cold, broken chips. What poor, poor service. Now I am wondering if my drink was made with Ketel One as I requested.
- JKJason KeenJul 19, 20261.0My main dish is and always will be sizzling hot grilled fajitas! I tried the chicken fajitas here today. MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Chicken was so white looked like it was boiled or microwaved! Not one hint of browning from a hot grill. The "hot plate" that typically is served with hot sizzling grilled fajitas was presented with no sizzle, no stram, and Luke warm. Even my onions look freshly cut without touching a hot grill or hot plate. If sizzling hot grilled chicken fajitas is something you enjoy be sure to NOT order them here. It is by far my biggest disappointment on chicken fajitas plate out of every restaurant I have ordered from and I drive all over the country for work. Grilled chicken fajitas should never look like boiled chicken with not a hint of grill marks!!! I cant begin to express how disappointing this plate was and for the price point it definitely should have been top tier!

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious meal and a great overall dining experience!

We got 2 dinners to go and when we got home (90 miles away) we had about 1/3-1/2 cup of salsa to go with both of our meals. So disappointing. Overall we spent $100 and this is my go to restaurant when I am anywhere near one. So sad
- GGGreggJul 11, 20265.0Found this place by accident while working in Houston. I have to admit, this is one of the best Mexican restaurants around! It’s a little pricey, but it’s well worth every penny. We had the medium size Beef and Chicken Fajitas and Cajetas with Strawberries for desert. There’s no way you can leave this place hungry. The service was top notch and the ambiance was so relaxing. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Houston. Maybe one day Pappasito’s will venture out to the Midwest.
