  If you are in a hurry do NOT come to this McDonald’s. I’ve come here a few times the last 10 years and it’s always the slowest service ever.

  Genuinely the worst McDonald’s ever I waited 30 minutes for my food in curbside that I ordered 15 minutes in advance. The staff has ZERO sense of urgency or customer service skills. Every time I come here it’s always awful

  While I applaud getting more sauces for 20piece, when you asked what sauces I said "just give me an ASSORTMENT" not all the same damn ones !

  I ordered a chicken sandwich tonight with tomatoes, bacon, mustard & cheese. I checked my food in the drive thru & before I pulled off I had my fiancé return it WITH THE LABEL ON IT b/c everything was on it but the cheese. They gave me another one.. I saw the COLD cheese & pulled off. I got home to warm up the chicken patty with cheese & noticed nothing else I paid for was on it. I called to speak with the manager & told him about the situation. He told me no label was on it & I told him it was b/c it was a white label with big text on it with the items I added.. he then irritably stated I was wrong b/c he was the one my fiancé gave it to in the drive thru. I told him I had the receipt in my hand (WHICH I STILL HAVE) stating what I had on my sandwich. He put the phone down instead of acknowledging the issue & I waited 5 minutes & no one ever told me to hold on, nor came back to the phone. I called 6 more times & it kept buzzing b/c he kept the phone off the hook. It’s okay to be wrong & apologize but he didn’t hold himself accountable & try to fix the issue. I never complain to this extent but I will not tolerate terrible customer service. Every single time I come to this location, my order is messed up (imagine being pregnant & having your fiancè go back to get your order right. I’m no longer pregnant but my whole pregnancy was full of messed up orders) & I never complained but I’m truly sick of it. I do don’t care if my order was $1 (it wasn’t $1).. but it was $1 I work my butt off to earn & deserve for my order to be correct & better customer service when I address an issue.. POLITELY at that!!
