  Trash, im tired of Kids taking my order and getting it completely wrong. More then a handful of times I make it simple. I tell them specifically my order just to have it completely wrong after I drive all the way home. Im tired of the fast food industry being so ok with hired ppl who dont comprehend how to make a cheeseburger with no pickles or onion. You have a monitor with pics and all you have to do is listen. I hate that I say I like a number 3 with no pickles no onions large size with a Coke, and they ask number what.. I said 3 with.. they ask with what to drink, I say a coke . They ask what size... I tell then LARGE...WERE YOU EVEN LISTENING. The service is sad today and it truly shows with there product and lack of care that I worked 12 hours and on my way home to relax after a long day pick food up get home only to be severely upset that its wrong now I got to drive back 15 to 20 minutes to get it corrected to go home to the rest of my meal cold now and my drink water down from the ice... THANK YOU MCDONALD'S SORRY, NOT SORRY PS ... YOUR OVER PRICE FOOD ISNT WORTH IT.

  My husband and I love coming to this McDonald’s! The best in Houston. Despite there being 4 McDonalds closer to us, we drive 25 mins to get to this one. First off, the ice cream here is SO good. It’s so creamy and thick, compared to so many other McDonalds that we have gone. Plus, the McFlurrys here are so well served. (Double plus if you use the app and get a 50% discount) The staff here is AWESOME! Always present our food with a smile. We have gone to so many McDonalds and order through the app as “dine-in” but end up having to stand up to get our order. But here, they are different. They always serve us at our table. Shoutout to Ben, for being such a nice gentleman with us. And finally, the atmosphere here is on a next level. The place is calm with music at a good level. Low key- a great place to study at night. Not to mention how this McDonald is always clean when we visit. Overall, I love this McDonald’s. I may sound silly telling this to my family and coworkers but it truly is the best.

  Been a visitor to this McDonald's many times, and the team here is one of the best in the Houston area. Ordered a regular Oreo McFlurry shortly before 10 PM. The taste and consistency is amazing! Shout out to Ben: my wife ordered an M&M McFlurry, but she was given an Oreo. My wife brought it up to him, and he brought her a new M&M McFlurry without any complaints or hesitation. We're very appreciative of his service! Also, this location is one of the most affordable McDonald's in the area. Should definitely be an example for other McDonald's out here.

  Buen lugar, me gusta que mejoraron en el servicio al cliente ya que puedes ordenar tu mismo sin hacer filas largas, la comida aveces buena, y a veces no. Es como ruleta rusa, el servicio varía y depende de el humor del trabajador. Y el ambiente si ha mejorado aunque igual depende del área del mcdonald's
