  They made me park, told them to bring me ketchup and other condiments . They didn’t so I had to go inside and when asked I get a funny face by the person in front and manager. Fix attitude.

  Ordered at Kiosk, never got a receipt. Number never showed up on the TV. Waited 20+ minutes and never got food.

  Only one kiosk works out of four. Whoever is the manager of this location need to get more staff. The workers they have are very good but they are very understaffed overworked from the looks of it. And this is just in the morning.

  So I went to get the kids dinner and went thru drive thru. The girl that took my order was very polite and made sure to put my order in correctly which for the kids burgers it was simple meat cheese n mayo. Now how do someone mess that up idk. It’s ridiculous how so many times I order and come home to my kids burger with onions n ketchup on it which they do not eat because now I’m cleaning up throw up due to the burger having onions on it. If you can’t read or understand how to make a burger this job is not for you.

  Okay I’m here right now at 4:42 April 13 lane one after being at work all day smiling and cheeseing and being kind to my coworkers no matter if I wanted to be there or not. Anywho first lane because whoever the gm is id like for you to look back at these two employees who obviously don’t need their job in this tuff economy at the moment. So when I pulled up this young man said “what’s your order?” I said huh? I’m taking aback. I said I never heard no one order like that. That work for mc Donald’s ever in my life? So he was like that’s it I said a small fry too. He got quiet like he was ignoring me. Okay cool. Got to the window a black lady with a curly weave in her head damn near jumped inside my window trying to hand me my receipt. All very unprofessional unpleasant and the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced at McDonalds
