They made the whole process easy and made sure I was taken care of. It’s hard to find service this good these days, and I really appreciate the effort they put into making customers feel valued. I would definitely recommend them and will be coming back!

Had a reservation to bowl and it took the attendant 10 minutes to even show up to the desk to get our lane. Then as we watch other people around us show up and get there orders taken we still have not been as what we want to drink or nothing. Took 47 minutes for any service that was then subpar. Took the waitress 20 minutes to get a beer and it wasn’t even busy. Will never come back and will tell anyone I know never to go.

We spent a lot of money for the kids to get food, fun cards, and activities and even paid for the human crane. The food server was great, the food was ok, not much of a selection when you pay for a package deal. My main issue was, the 4 workers in the winners choice room. We stood at the counter trying to get information on how to sign up to do the skyline and laser tag, the 4 workers ignored us for a good minute and acted like they didn't want to help us. Once we finally did the laser tag, and the skyline I tried to asked one of the female workers how to get someone over to the human crane since it was roped off. As we stood there at the counter all 4 screamed "1,2,3 not it!" in front of us, the male worker randomly walked off and left the conversation, finally one of the female workers said "uhhh your suppose to follow him." If you do not want to be there and do your job, then quite. People pay entirely too much money to not be able to do the activities they paid for in a timely fashion. We definitely do not get our $300 worth of activities and fun. I will not be back.

We got there at 3:30 on time and at 4:30 we were told we had to leave our party table to prepare for the next party. We only had the table for an hour!!! I paid for a package and that table should’ve been available the entire time. Not to mention we spent a majority of the time trying to fix the cards! Total disappointed and we will never come back. We had to single happy birthday at a side table! Totally inappropriate for someone who has spent their hard earned money. You are more focused on getting money for the next party than making sure the party goers get their time in. We will never come back
