  My group of 5 visited The Main Event on to order drinks and enjoy our evening. None of us had our physical ID on us, but we are all in our 40s and it was clear we are well over 21.[date] We were approached by server Carolina, who refused service and told us to leave the bar area immediately. Her tone and demeanor were dismissive and unprofessional. I understand ID policies exist for legal compliance. However, most establishments train staff to use discretion and customer service skills when guests are obviously adults. Carolina made no effort to de-escalate, offer alternatives, or involve a manager. As a result, we chose to get our refund and leave instead of spending our money there. This experience was disheartening. Lack of professionalism and poor public relations skills like this will cost you loyal customers and revenue. I hope management addresses staff training on how to enforce policy while still treating guests with respect. Thanks for your understanding

  Horrible horrible customer service , how can you ask grown adults in 40’s for ID. Do better main event , you loosing customers. Not everybody that goes to main event are children and adults enjoy their drink.

  The service was great especially the employees, except for if you get the plan for all day arcade with no khow warnings like only works for games that don't give you a physical item tho I still payed 24.99 to get nothing out of it in return. No tickets btw and not all games worked because some wouldn't let you play it repeatedly so really I only got to play each machine 5 times before it didn't let me even though I should have been able to because of the infinite game play, that doesn't give any rewards in return besides that bowling was decent but the weights of the balls are wrong because going to a traditional bowling alley the balls were all calibrated and the right weight. These balls felt 5 to 2 pounds lighter like the 8 ball felt like a 4 pound ball and at bowlero that would be way more heavier and accurate also the sizes for medium tho I am a medium couldn't fit and needed a large so those are off. In general I think for 50ish dollars and bowling and "infinite games to play which have certain limits." Aren't really worth it. Other than that I would totally give this place a 2 star but good service by the employees was the only other thing that was good. Entertainment wise not as much as preferred. Overall experience was not bad but not 5 star worthy

  We didn't eat. Very helpful personnel. Very friendly. Military discount. Fun zone for older kids and kids at heart. You graduated from chucky cheese to main event. Lol.

  ⭐ Main Event Review Unfortunately, my experience at Main Event started off horribly before we even got a chance to bowl. I was given the wrong shoe size, which I thought would be an easy fix. Nope. I was then told they didn’t have enough bowling shoes available in my correct size. There were shoes scattered all over the floor, and the shoe attendant actually asked me to look around and see if I could find my size myself. When that didn’t work, I was asked if I could just size down and wear a smaller shoe. Absolutely not. Some of the shoes were extremely worn out, and I even saw duct tape inside some of them. For a facility this large, there should be enough properly maintained bowling shoes to accommodate the number of guests they allow in. We paid around $80 just to bowl—we hadn’t ordered food, played games, or done anything else yet—so to have this much trouble just getting a pair of bowling shoes was honestly ridiculous. I do want to give credit where it’s due. The manager working that night was amazing. She was professional, understanding, and immediately helped us with a refund. Because of the way she handled the situation, I’m willing to believe that maybe we just caught Main Event on a really bad night. She also offered us a free hour of bowling on a future visit, and I will take her up on that offer. Hopefully, our next experience is much better because the customer service from the manager is the only reason I’m willing to give this location another chance. Will be back to update
