  Really nice store but the curbside employees must be high because the last few times I’ve done curbside they have either forgotten items or given me the completely wrong items. Good luck getting through to curbside customer service. Had to have a store manager walk all the way over there to tell the curbside manager to answer the dam phone.

  This is the worst heb in my opinion. I’ve daily shopped here since it open because it’s closest to me now compared to Kingwood area and Atascocita. I’m extremely tired of picking up rotting vegetables. Pick up orders I’ve done plenty also not the best pickers. But it is insane the amount of poor quality overlook that happens at this location.

  The Madera Run HEB is the BEST grocery store in my area. Ms. Cheryl at the 25-item checkout service is my favorite human at HEB! All of the staff smile, greet you, and even stop to chat if you are inclined. Produce always fresh, great meat selection with Mr. Lino taking care of business at the meat counter. He is a knowledgeable butcher that always helps me out as if we were old friends. Great store, awesome staff, and always clean!

  I am a life long HEB customer. I exchanged a propane tank a few weeks ago. I hooked up the new tank and it leaked around the neck. I tried to exchange it. They would not exchange this faulty FULL tank because I didn't have the receipt. It's not like I was returning a half used tank or asking for money back. HEB sold a faulty product and acted like I was some kind of a low life that wanted to steal from them. I buy my gas, groceries and prescriptions from them. I spoke to a young lady and asked to speak to someone else. She told me there wasn't anyone but her to talk to. As far as I am concerned, HEB stole from me.

  I love this HEB and have been shopping here since I moved close by in April of 2025. Make sure you check the expiration date on everything you buy as I have accidentally purchased expired items on MULTIPLE occasions. Otherwise, 5 stars!
