  The tables are always dirty at this location. They seriously need an entirely new staff or much better management. I personally witnessed employees sweeping spilled rice and other food back into the serving containers with their hands and then serving it to customers instead of properly cleaning it up and throwing it away. That is extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. I definitely prefer the Chipotle off the Beltway—it’s much cleaner and more professional.

  Bugs bugs bugs. Crew eating behind walls while there’s a line. Then directly touching food after stuffing his face. Very disgusting and unprofessional for a food environment. BUGS on the line making it into the food. The manager was trying her best, but too much at once was happening. Debated about posting this all night, but this location is too new to be going in this direction. Hopefully something changes.

  I have really tried to like and support our neighborhood Chipotle but it’s a no go! I’ve been 3 times since you have opened on Woodland Hills and all visits were bad bad bad. First of all the tortilla is never fresh and the pinto beans and rice is hard. Chicken was cold and dry. The beef was cold and so tough I couldn’t even chew it. The queso blanco always tastes burnt and tonight was no different. In addition to all that the restaurant is never clean. Tables are always and if you stand around long enough one of the workers may come from around counter and clean up. Looking at all the other reviews I see I am not the only one who feels this way. This place needs to do better or close down and let another restaurant take your place! To the Owner.... I completed the contact us form as you asked. I uploaded all the information required. And they emailed me asking for the same information thats required to complete the contact us form. Is this a joke or what.

  Went to this location 15906 Woodland Hills in Humble Tx @ 5pm on 5/13; and a Hispanic woman who claims to be the mgr was rude regarding an extra protein on the side that I was willing to pay for…. She was speaking Spanish and not even allowing the order to be made bc she was questioning the worker regarding my bowl even after I said I was paying for additional protein. The CEO recently did a video explaining u can ask for additional scoop so what is the issue? It’s simply workers not wanted to serve certain ppl. There was a Hispanic lady behind me that ask for an additional scoop and they gave it to her w/o any hassle; upset with this racist treatment and now I understand why ppl keep giving bad reviews on Chipotle. Also the serving line was immensely dirty with food particles everywhere. Location needs better trained staff and management that enjoy what they do and want to give good service.
