Get to the store & staff didn't not even want to address the payment issue. I kept trying to explain that I wanted my order but it was an issue paying thru the app. I was told "We can't help you that is the app" Unacceptable!!

I spit it out and there was a full torso of a bug and wings. I’m so devestated I didn’t even finish half the bowl uggggh, so grossed out.

They were busy getting things ready and lots of people walking around not really acknowledging me other than a lady sweeping. Several items were missing and not ready at the time they opened. I do not recommend this Chipotle at all.

She said she put it in my bowl so she will not give me a side and I can call corporate to get a refund. She said she can't explain it to me but sometimes they read the ticket wrong but she won't be fixing me order. I always have problems with this location. I won't be returning. Driving farther will be worth it. 0 stars .

I asked for extra and paid additional for it, and what did I get? Half a spoon more. That's it. I paid $15 for what felt like half a meal. For that same money, I could have walked into a proper sit-down restaurant and gotten a full, satisfying dining experience — maybe even fine dining. It's hard to justify coming back when the value just isn't there. The only saving grace? The taste was actually good. But great flavor means nothing when you're left hungry after spending $15. Chipotle seriously needs to rethink their portioning — customers are paying premium prices and deserve a full plate, not a few spoonfuls.
