  Horrible! This place doesn’t deserve not even 1 star! I ordered a burrito and the rice was hard it was either old rice or uncooked. Then got some chips and cheese and the chips were stale. Never again! The food is overpriced for the quality.

  Yesenia is the BEST! Always has a welcoming attitude and kind aura! I live in Atascocita and I will drive past the Atascocita location just to go to this location, only because of Yesenia and the tight ship she runs. My food is always delicious and the chips are never stale (they are always stale at the other locations) Staff is always so kind and efficient, they seem to have great teamwork. It doesn’t matter how long the line is it seems to fly by! No other Chipotle can compete with this one! Thank you Yesenia 🤍

  I've visited several Chipotle locations in the Humble area, but this was by far the worst experience I've had. I stopped in with my son and ordered a Kids Cheese Quesadilla Meal. I also asked if I could purchase one additional small cheese quesadilla, but I was told I would have to buy an entire second kids meal just to get a single extra quesadilla. Rather than simply explaining the policy in a courteous way, the interaction felt argumentative and dismissive, which was unnecessary.however, other chipotles have never had an issue. What made the experience even more disappointing was the condition of the restaurant. Although it was shortly after the lunch rush, the dining area was noticeably dirty, with tables that hadn't been cleaned. Meanwhile, several employees were standing behind the counter talking with each other instead of attending to the restaurant or customers. I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand that everyone has difficult days, but customer service and professionalism matter. A clean restaurant and respectful interactions should be the standard. Unfortunately, this visit fell well below that expectation, and I left very disappointed. I hope management addresses both the level of customer service and the overall cleanliness of this location.

  My husband had got me high protein bowl for take out. I live only 10-15 minutes from this location. Once my husband got my food home the entire bowl was way under temperature (nearly cold). There is no way with the less drive from this location. That my food down to the rice which should be the warmest sealed in their foiled biodegradable containers should be cold. No heat from the chicken either. I literally had to place it in my air fryer to heat it up. I’ve been to other locations that were located further have never had this issue with my food temp. I will not be going to this location again. Food inspections I highly recommend investigate that the proper food temps at this location is meeting the standards. Unhappy customer.
