  Very cheap store, only Chipotle that makes you pay extra for a vinaigrette and are purposefully small with their portion sizes. Do not recommend

  Rude employees that ignored me because god forbid I don’t instantly have an answer on whatever special edition bullshit to add that they try to promote. Not even a busy lunch hour yet they were ignoring me like it was.

  I ordered pick up. Got home and pulled a ridiculously small burrito out of the bag. The flavor was good, but it was cold and full of rice, barely any bites of chicken. In the past it hasn’t been this bad, so 3 stars. Maybe they’ll be more mindful of full portions if you watch them make it? I don’t know, though, I’m only speculating.The chilli lime chips are good.

  I've seen some comments talk about how their food was cold. And I agree, ive been to other chipotles and this one defenetly was colder than usual. Also I paid for double protein and didnt really tell a difference. Won't be coming back to this one. Better off just going some place else. Sent a review on your website. 👍

  Dear General Manager, I am reaching out because I am extremely disappointed and upset about the way my family was treated at your Chipotle location on August 20, 2026, at approximately 6:35 PM. Our order number was 456. We came in expecting a normal experience, but what happened was completely unacceptable. The cashier, Estela, initially did not want to honor the BOGO student promotion even though we provided proof that we were students. After some back and forth, she only honored one student discount instead of the two we were eligible for. When we asked for assistance, the manager on duty was not helpful and was unwilling to properly identify herself or provide us with the general manager’s name. After we received our food and went to sit down, my wife—who just gave birth and recently had surgery—noticed that we had only been given one BOGO deal instead of the two we were supposed to receive. She went back to the register to speak with Estela and the manager about the issue. Instead of helping her, they spoke to her in Spanish and sent her to the back of a line that extended all the way to the door. I became extremely upset when I saw this happen, especially knowing that my wife had just gone through childbirth and surgery. I got up and went to speak with the manager because I felt she should have been treated with some basic courtesy and consideration. I asked the manager for the general manager’s name, as well as the supervisor’s name, but they refused to provide that information. I then noticed the manager’s business card sitting directly in front of the register. When I questioned her about it, she claimed she did not know what I was talking about and even denied that they had sent my wife to the back of the line. Eventually, the manager did process a refund for the second BOGO that we were originally supposed to receive. While I appreciate that the financial issue was eventually corrected, the way my family was treated was absolutely disrespectful. This was not simply about a discount or a refund. It was about how a customer was treated when she was already physically recovering from giving birth and surgery. My wife should not have been made to stand at the back of a long line after she had already gone through the trouble of coming back to the register to resolve an issue that was caused by the restaurant. We left the restaurant extremely frustrated, embarrassed, and disappointed. What should have been a simple family meal left a very bad taste in our mouths. I am reaching out directly to you because I would like to know what you are going to do to make this right. At the very least, I hope this situation is taken seriously and that the employees involved receive appropriate coaching so that no other customer—or family—has to go through what we experienced.
