Friendly helpful staff. Great food. Clean facilities. Great atmosphere. I’ve been to Chipotle locations around the nation, including all of the ones in the greater Lake Houston area, and this is my favorite to visit. And as one of the top 0.1% nationwide Chipotle customers, I hope my compliments mean a lot to you. Great job!

When I asked the young man who made our bowls, he said “next time order those first” with a not to friendly tone. We then checked out and I said “Hi” to the lady and she said it back rudely without a smile. Not sure why employees here have such not so friendly and horrible customer service. When we sat down to eat, I looked back and saw the cashier gossiping to another worker and stared at us. Not sure if they were talking out us. Anyways, this was a horrible experience and it sucks because we love chipotle. Not the first time I’ve had issues with multiple chipotles and employee attitudes. Please start hiring for TALENT and customer service!

From the windows and front glass doors, to the tables, the beverage station, all the way down to the floor. The entire place is dirty and unattended, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like away from customer's eyes.
