  Esta bien ,no es constante el sabory el servicio, aveces esta salada la comida o las venidas muy dulces,,el café tibio o cn poca cantidad

  I’ve never given a Chick-fil-A a two star, but this establishment gave me no choice after what I saw in the drive-through. While I was waiting in the drive-through a pick up truck in front of me was skipped and I was skipped from ordering. When I brought up the attention to one of the staff that the truck in front of me and myself got skipped, they took our order. When we both drove up to pick up our order, the gentleman in the front pick up, started to discuss his concerns with the manager. The manager at this establishment was unprofessional, started making hand gestures at the customer and talking back. I didn’t get the manager’s name, but she was Hispanic with black hair and short. It feels like Chick-fil-A is no longer concerned with customer service because as a years pass, customer service is declining. The fact that the actual manager was talking to the customer like that only shows the kind of leadership this establishment has.

  I’ve always had a great experience here, and the food is consistent; chicken is great! The staff are friendly, patient, and understanding, which always makes the experience pleasant. I usually order through the app and pick up through the drive-thru, and I’ve never had any issues. The process is always fast, easy, and convenient. Definitely a reliable spot when you want quick service and consistently good food.

  Usually great service but today the lady taking the orders outside at drive through wanted to say we didn’t specify biscuit or muffin when we did because i cannot have biscuits and someone else is saying oh these regular come on a biscuit when it’s on the menu and it’s a #7.

  Worst customer service, I’ve gotten. The girl taking my order needs more training because I said my first order clear before trying to order a second one which I had completely ended up discarding it (it was rush and she was having problems with putting that order in so I said nvm). The second girl I saw was at the pickup window, she gave me “an order” and when I noticed something was missing she didn’t try to resolve and just looked confused and gave me a shrug essentially. Then boom, a young lady comes by talking about MY ORDER. That lady at the window gave me the wrong order and the car in front of me! I then noticed that the girl that took my order put it wrong! The young lady was sweet and tried to resolve it at least but I will not be coming back here again. Stop putting trainees on the main floor if they clearly aren’t ready.
