  I had a really uncomfortable experience here. While I was trying to peacefully eat a security officer approached me in a way that made me feel singled out and uneasy for no clear reason. The interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional, and it honestly ruined the experience for me. I understand security has a job to do but people should still be treated respectfully and made to feel comfortable. He's such a creep.

  That's crazy how a customer service is supposed to be the greatest at Chick-fil-A. But instead of that I get looked at nasty, And ignored. You should just close this location because it is not worth my time or anybody else's. And most of the reviews are saying that the people are rude at this location. Please do better. My Mac and Cheese were disgusting by the way. I had to come back and get another mac and cheese because the ones you gave me were so disgusting and dry. The chicken nuggets were old and cold. The girl cashier that took care of me was lazy and not friendly. I thought that's what Chick-fil-A was about. Friendly and courteous and good food. But I don't think none of those match this location.

  When we got up to the lady to take our order ‘Nevaeh’ said something along the lines of ‘here we go it’s gonna get busy’ and sighs, making me feel unwelcome. And that made the ordering experience uncomfortable. And was never asked what sauce we wanted with the nuggets. And our fries were cold and tasted horrible like they’ve been left out all night. Do better

  The experience here is perfect to me no matter what anyone else says and the ones that get mad about waiting on their food obviously aren't hungry enough because the staff here tries their very best to get each and every customers food out as fresh and as fast as they can out the door and the ones that act immature coming into the establishment screaming and cussing is a big no no and not very adult like so either wait patiently for your fresh food or go home and cook because these workers try their very best to serve all customers. God loves us all and blesses us with anything in this world and he has blessed us with patience that alot of us never use so god bless everyone and have a great meal coming to this location

  Waited for my food for over 30 minutes. Finally after being parked at the end of the extra wait time area of the drive through. I walked inside. No apologie or anything. Just a "we didn't have any chicken strips." Yet the box of 10 strips had 4 hot ones on top and 6 that had clearly sat out and were cold. If you're going to make someone wait 30 minutes for strips you should probably cook 10 fresh ones instead of giving them cold ones with a few fresh on top. Horrible service. Terrible management who clearly can't think ahead and give good service or food. The rudeness of the staff who made it seem like it was my fault because I ordered a 10 piece chicken strips. On top of it all they also were sold out of mac and cheese which would have been forgivable but after everything, it is clearly a horribly ran location. This was the worst experience I have ever had.
