We stood there for a while before the female employee finally walked over and just stared at us without saying anything. I waited politely for her to ask how she could help us or take our order, but she never did, so I eventually started placing my order myself. She appeared like she did not want to be there, and the attitude made my sister and me feel uncomfortable even though we had done nothing to deserve that type of treatment. The only time she spoke was to give us the total. After handing us the receipt, she walked away without saying anything else. I understand that everyone can have bad days, but customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
