I love this BBQ and HEB; however, this is the second time my order has been wrong! I ordered a 3-meat plate, paid extra for ribs, and received 2 ribs and sides! What's worse, no one answered when I called, so I drove back to the restaurant. They were out of the other meat I had ordered, and only got a "sorry about that." HEB, you can do BETTER

Not clear where to pick up your order. Then when handed the bag, the counter girl said plastic wear and napkins were in the bag. THEY WERE NOT. Had to go back up and ask for them. Drinks luke warm even tho they had ice in them. Wasn't even a hot day
And Ice was melted before we finished. No indoor seating could be found. Husband had the ribs and had to tear the meat from the bone. Food was barely warm, I had smothered cornbread, it was dense. $35 for the meal, NOT WORTH IT. DONT GO HERE.

Outside table with no umbrella or cover, kiosk doesn't talk, gift cards, discount cards, cash had to go inside to complete order. Then no S/F soda, table were not clean, had to clean them ourselves, umbrella stands out but didn't have any out. Ordered Mac but it didn't add it on, tried 3 times. Birds come to your tables & eat crumbs off, unsanitary. We like the locations that have a sit down inside. Food was great
I don’t normally leave reviews, but I was very disappointed in my recent experience. I ordered and paid for a two meat plate with brisket and burnt ends (which cost extra). Got home, and had three half slices of brisket and no burnt ends. Called up there, and was told “Just come by some other day and i’ll fix it, but we’re busy and only have 2 people so I have to get off the phone”.
I understand dinner rush + being short staffed isn’t the best combo. I didn’t get any name, asked any questions, or really any way to fix the mistake other than to come by another day. If I were to come back and say “hey yall owe me burnt ends from the other day” I don’t suppose that would go over too well.
The food that I did get was still very good, so 2 starts for that.

It’s difficult to order on the kiosk, even though they’ve tried to put it behind the shade boxes. Wish you could talk to somebody to try to figure out what you want to eat. It’s April and it’s already really hot. It’s time to get some shade over those tables or you’re not gonna have anybody who wants to eat outside
