Service is good & staff is nice, BUT I’ve had a few bad experiences with my food. Baked potato not cooked well with very fatty chopped brisket on top. Collard greens too salty! Even when I order the lean brisket, it has a lot of fat! I won’t be going back!

The food at True Texas is consistently top-quality and portions are very generous. The Burnt Ends are OBSCENELY delicious. I will be getting these regularly. I have also had the El Jefe Sandwich; which is an absolutely wonderful force to be reckoned with :-)
