  If you guys had a 50 cents option for the tip I bet you get tipped all day long from people like me who don't want to give a dollar. You should keep your horizons open start low and go high you'd be surprised. You guys are way faster than most of the other Dutch Brothers now you can leave them in the dust with your tips if you follow my small suggestion. Good luck :-) and I will give the fifth star right after my first 50-cent tip

  The service here today was great. Fast and friendly. It usually is but I want to give a shout out to the guy who took my order (he’s from Tennessee) and to the one making my drink (she wore the Dutch upside white and blue hat). They both have such great energy and kindness. Usually I always have great service there and I’m terrible with names but the people who usually at the drive through window are always pleasant to talk to. Always reminding me to come by on those special days that you guys have there! Thank you for your kind service and drinks are soooo good too!!!!

  My sister goes there on the weekends to get her coffee . I go up to the walk up counter and get the coffee for her . The staff is always very friendly and smiling that a big plus because a smile is contagious

  This was the first time visiting this location. The girl taking orders (around 4 pm today, camo pants) was extremely rude to me. She said I cut in front of the guy who pulled up after me in the next lane. The truth was, she took the orders from the cars in front of me and skipped over to the next line. Cars in front of me pulled up while she was still taking the other lane's order. So I pulled forward thinking they'd take my order at the window (there was one car in front of me at this point). She approached my window, said I cut in front, no Hello, no nothing, just rudeness. I told her I was in line before the other guy, and she said it is their policy to "zig zag". I didn't know that, I assumed it was like every other place, first come, first served. I ended up just leaving because she was so rude and seemed pissed that pulled forward while she was taking the other Lane's orders. If I did something wrong, she could have been nicer about it. I have visited other DB and they have always been very kind. I was looking forward to visiting this location often because I just got a job in the area. I doubt I will ever go back because of this encounter. I know the employees don't care if I don't visit, but maybe the manager or the corporate office reads these reviews and will educate her on the right way to talk to people.
