- RMRiver MarieAug 19, 20261.0Every single time I go here it’s awful. I live in Hudson oaks so it is more convenient than going to Weatherford. This place is ran by a bunch of highscool boys. No social skills, horrible customer service, no sense of urgency, portions are not always the same. The floor was covered with food. Covered. The drink station has ice overflowing the tray. All of the sodas were coming out clear, I tell someone. He does not give 2 shits lol. Maybe they don’t care because they make like $10.00 an hour? But have some pride in your store. I can’t even believe the manager on shift allows this. I am a waitress, a great one. So that’s why I feel disgusted and this isn’t just this one time. It’s every time I go here. This place needs a whole new crew or should just be something else.

As big chipotle fans, we have been to many chipotle locations, but none as horrible as this one. There was clearly a new staff member when we went in today and he was treated horribly by his coworkers despite his efforts. The guy ringing up my order had a very obvious attitude and when I said “I’m so sorry, I forgot to order a side of rice, can I add that?” He rolled his eyes, didn’t say anything, then was rude to his coworker about the size of cup he went to grab for my side of rice. They gave me the TINIEST side of rice, but I didn’t say anything because I’m not confrontational and already felt bad from the attitude he was giving me. I will NEVER go back to this location after several trips and giving them a chance. I encourage everyone to drive 7 minutes up the road and go to the better chipotle location in this area.

Stains on their shirts from food spilled, etc. Compared to the other Chipotle in Weatherford, this place gives you less food (especially the meat) and never looks clean. Many people apparently agree with the ratings. Shame as it's a newer building.

The dining area and restroom were both clean. Hopefully this means that management was able to fix the issues that others experienced.

I have tried to eat here 3 times because it’s on my way home and convenient but there will not be a 4th. The food quality, in my experience, is unbelievably poor…. which you would think would be a priority given Chipotle’s history with food born illness. Tonight seemed like someone thought the answer to extremely overcooked rice was to dump uncooked rice in with it. The iced tea was good but it wasn’t worth the $20. that I threw away just to come home and eat a bowl of soup.
