  They insisted I pay twice for my food, even after showing them they already charged my bank. After I paid a second time I showed them both charges on my bank statement again. They said I have to call a number on the receipt to get my money back.

  So i just ordered doordash with this sonic, and it had taken me 40 minutes to get a driver to pick up my food. Mind you, my food is prepared and done 10 minutes into this, so now it is soggy, cold, and nasty. I ask my driver to politely ask them to remake the food, as it has been sitting grimy for 30 mins now, and they said no. So i get my nasty cold food, and now im sitting here eating rock solid fries. nah, this is some foul service and you have been blocked on my ordering services. thanks, but no thanks. (Spent 30$ on this whole endeavor, get that.)

  My one n only complaint with Sonic.... put your cheese covered products in a different holder. I don't go here very often but every time I do... I'm reminded of tge cheese sticking to everything but my hot dog and tatertots...😲😲😲 What a ya gonna do?🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️...🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

  They’re good kids. As a Food service manager of 7 years I can save my immediate Read on this place is that they need better management. The kids do a good job they cook the food Well. And they deliver it in a timely manner. They just need somebody supporting them that can staff and train people. Classic food service issue where you have good employees but poor/disengaged management…. To the store manager- Do better. Because your employees/people are doing their job and it’s obvious you aren’t supporting them in the way they need. You wanna make more money? Treat your employees better. I’ll be back
