  Literally after placing an order for almost 100 dollars & picking it up; we got home & I called to inform these ppl that 10 of my boneless wings were incorrect. Spoke to a so called mgr who told me I could come back at my convenience. Called to do exactly what I was told, only to have the mgr get a attitude & tell me that their policy at this location is to have a claim number; okay bet I filed a complaint online, only for same mgr to call me acting as if he cares all of a sudden😐😐😐 to only turn around & try to argue with me about what my family & I received. Truly unprofessional and will never return to this location!

  This location sucks!!! I love WingStop, but they somehow have an issue about extra well done wings. They have an option for well done on the website and for third party websites, but they never come out well done. I’ve ordered multiple times from this location and it’s always like they’re rushing their orders. I placed an order at 9:36pm and it said it would be ready between 18-23 minutes. I live not even 5 minutes away, so I decided to head straight there after ordering and I would just wait. When I arrived, my order was already done. If I ordered well done, how could it be done so quickly??? I checked my food and my wings were not well done. When I spoke to a team member about it, they asked if I had called it in for extra well done. I said I have called it in multiple times previously and it was still not right. It took them 35 minutes to redo all of my order, which was just a 6 piece combo. I order again and called in for extra well done and they said that they don’t do it. I try to explain that I was told to call it in and the team member on the phone says “I don’t know why my coworkers say that when we actually can’t do it.” It’s very unprofessional and confusing.

  Ordered 50 wings (20 classic garlic Parmesan, 20 boneless garlic Parmesan & 10 classic mild). Even though the garlic Parmesan looked like there was a tiny bit of seasoning on top, they had ZERO flavor. They tasted like completely unseasoned chicken wings - not even a hint of garlic or Parmesan. Such a shame, especially when you pay $1.00 for 1/2 of the wing. I will not be going back

  My experiences were horrible. My orders has always been incorrect. Chicken not dropped as requested. The fries were not cooked as requested well done and dropped fresh. This location is known for cooking batches of chicken and letting it sit there, they will drop your chicken back in the grease from the standing chicken basket to cook well done orders. They lied and said they rebooked my order 3 times. I don’t live far from this location less than 5 minutes- so keep in mind I would know if the chicken was dropped fresh as requested. Their recording says we will cook you order fresh _ liars. I have been a loyal customer and will no longer support this location or the Dairy Ashford/Memorial location. You will get the same service. The GM needs to speak with the on site manager same manager for both locations/Asian gentleman. He would not remake my order and I was very professional and within my rights to discuss my dissatisfaction when paying $35-$40 for an order that is not cooked fresh.
