  Guyon register is super rude and argumentative. All the workers have terrible customer service and the seasoning on the wings tasted extremely old/expired. Terrible would not return

  Poor service overall. Both employees and or management could benefit from additional customer service training. Unfortunately, the food quality was also disappointing. The fries were soggy and did not seem fresh. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. Find a better wing stop location.

  Order was picked up within 15 minutes, old dry, chewy wings and old, cold fries. the staff was unbothered. With the price of food being so high, this is unacceptable and I will NEVER return.

  I ordered nearly $60 worth of food directly through Wingstop’s website, including a tip. I did NOT order through DoorDash. Wingstop chose to use DoorDash as their delivery service. The food took exactly one hour to arrive, and showed up cold. I contacted Wingstop expecting them to fix the problem. Instead, I was told to contact DoorDash. They even suggested that I bring the food back to Wingstop myself. Let that sink in: I paid Wingstop for food and delivery, and when THEIR delivery arrangement resulted in cold food, their solution was for ME to drive the food back to the restaurant. I had already received a text from DoorDash specifically telling me to contact Wingstop if there was a problem with the order. So I did exactly that. Wingstop then supposedly contacted DoorDash themselves. The response was essentially that nothing could be done. And of course, it couldn't, I didn't place the order through DoorDash. I placed it through Wingstop. So the end result? Almost $60 spent, including a tip, cold food, and a ridiculous back-and-forth where Wingstop and DoorDash apparently wanted to point fingers at each other while I was left holding the bag — literally. If Wingstop chooses to use DoorDash to fulfill orders placed through Wingstop's own website, then Wingstop needs to take responsibility when that delivery goes wrong. I shouldn't have to chase down their delivery partner, and I certainly shouldn't be told to return my own food to the restaurant because Wingstop couldn't deliver it properly. The food being cold was bad enough. The complete lack of accountability and customer service was the real problem. For nearly $60, I expect better than cold food and a company telling me, essentially, "Not our problem." Absolutely unacceptable. I won't be ordering from Wingstop again.

  Wings are hard and hard to chew old and re dipped young workers wit attitude fot no reason fries always soggy and salty I won’t ever even if it’s the only one open ever again Update….realized they gave me 8 drumsticks and 2 wings that was hard and couldn’t finish wasted my money and ruined my night
