  Took almost 30 min for fries? Then asked my daughter for the receipt even though the order was in my name and PAID for! Never happened before. Girl at the counter was rude - def don't recommend this location

  This is the closest wing stop to my house I was hoping to make it my go to due to the fact I eat out a lot but unfortunately that won’t be happening! The male worker was nice but the Spanish girl had a very bad attitude from when we walked in. She even told the other worker to tell me that my baby couldn’t eat the food I just bought from them in the lobby while waited for my other food.(I’m not sure how true that is) I spent over $50 in there and the wings were reheated and old the fries were old and all the food was greasy. This was definitely a disappointing experience bad enough to never make me try it again. I’m not a person to leave reviews but honestly that girl needs to be dealt with she really ruined a potential loyal customer.

  Extremely disappointing experience. This location advertises that it closes at 1:00 a.m. I started calling repeatedly around 12:25 a.m. to place an order, but no one answered. After working an extremely long shift, I rushed over in person, only to be told that they stop accepting orders at 12:30 and would not serve me—even though I had started calling before that cutoff and the restaurant was still 30 minutes away from its posted closing time. To make matters worse, the employees were extremely rude, dismissive, and acted as though they could not care less. There was no apology or concern whatsoever about the fact that they had ignored my repeated calls. The physical appearance and ordering setup were also incredibly off-putting. The entire front was covered with metal security bars, and customers had to order through a tiny opening in an extremely thick plexiglass partition. It honestly felt more like a prison visitation window than a restaurant. The whole place looked awful and completely unwelcoming. Between the unanswered phone calls, refusal to take my order before closing, dismissive attitude, and atrocious environment, I would never return to or order food from this location. Management seriously needs to address how this restaurant is being operated.
