  I had a terrible experience at this Wingstop today. I ordered 5 Garlic Parmesan bone-in wings, 5 Lemon Pepper bone-in wings, and 3 Hot Honey Rub boneless wings, along with a large ranch. After waiting over 30 minutes for my food, the staff still had no idea what was going on with my order. They asked for my receipt, so I handed it to them. Then they claimed I never gave it to them and acted like it disappeared, even though they had taken it from me. They kept making the same mistakes over and over instead of fixing the order correctly. To make things worse, they told me I didn't order a large ranch, even though I did. While everyone was waiting because of all the order mix-ups, they gave free brownies to other customers whose orders were delayed or incorrect, but I wasn't offered anything despite dealing with the same situation. What made this even more frustrating was that my little brother ordered after me, got his food, finished eating, and I was still waiting for mine. Waiting over 30 minutes because of repeated mistakes and poor communication is completely unacceptable. I'd like a refund for this experience. The customer service was disorganized, the staff mishandled my order, and instead of taking responsibility, they argued with me. I hope Wingstop improves its service because no customer should have to go through this.

  I just called to place an order over the phone spoke with a Gabriella did not want to give me her last name. She said I was only able to order 15pc with her. I have never heard of such thing. If this was the case she would have no issue providing me with her full name. Worse customer service I have ever had. She was just lazy and did not want to take the order over the phone. They do not even deserve any stars horrible service. FIND PEOPLE THAT WANT TO WORK.

  Cashier and staff in good moods and very friendly but also got down to business cooking. Very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a good meal. Great experience!!!

  This is the best wingstop in the area idk how they only got a 3.9 rating. Second best in Houston area outside of the one by U of H. Only location whose fries are made crispy. Not all soggy. Wings r fried hard just like true chicken lovers prefer. Even the root beer be strong. For a matter of fact, I’m going to go get us some today. Keep up the good work. Kudos to the staff
