- JSJasmine ScottSep 29, 20261.0Literally never ordering from this location again. Every time I order delivery, something in my order is wrong. Tonight was the last order I will ever put in for this location. I ordered 2 large fries, but received 2 regular sized fry buckets that were less than half full with cold fries. I called and was told I could only receive a credit or drive up there to get the fries. When I explained that I do not want to drive up there, as I had already paid a delivery fee and a driver’s tip and would like a refund for the fries, I was hung up on. I tried calling back and couldn’t get through to the line all of a sudden. Begrudgingly, I drove up there to speak to a manager, but was greeted by the person that hung up on me, saying he tried calling me back but I didn’t answer (never received any calls). Then he said he didn’t hang up on me and that he was “literally screaming” because the call was still connected and couldn’t hear me. Then said he’ll make the large fries instead of giving me a refund. Got the new fries, and THEY WERE STILL REGULAR FRIES. I asked to see the difference between the sizes, compared them to the new ones we received, and yes, they were still the regular. We had to make them change them again. And the employees start laughing like it was a joke. This is completely unacceptable. I just want what I pay for.

My order confirmation stated a 9–14 minute wait, but I had been waiting well beyond that timeframe without anyone checking on me, asking for my name, or providing any update on my order. The lack of communication and customer service was the main issue. I hope management addresses this, as this was not the level of service I expected.
