  Second time giving this location a try and they dropped the ball both times. They don’t try to handle your food with care AT ALL. You get nothing but GREASE on the wings! Where is the flavor? So mad I wasted $27. Then on top of that… they don’t follow instructions. I asked for EXTRA seasoning on my fries and got NO seasoning. I ordered a combo, where is my drink? Just horrible. I’ll stick my Spring Green location. This location is a disappointment to say the least and a waste of my money.

  I have been trying to give this location more and more chances when ordering my food but each time it keeps getting messed up I either get somebody else's food or they end up messing up my whole entire order and just give me something random instead of what I actually paid for especially when I be paying for the extra stuff I'm done order at this location cuz this is just absolutely ridiculous. Y'all either need to hire a whole new team at least the second shift people or just shut this location down NGL

  Hit or miss place. The food is good. Delivery orders are an issue! You have to check the bag before delivery driver leaves to ensure you received everything. I’m very skeptical when ordering delivery from this place. Most of the time I do pick up. When I do get delivery, there seems to always be an issue with the order. It really makes no sense or why it is so difficult. I do not understand why. So, best bet is to pick up the order yourself. Otherwise, you will have it delivered and still have to go back to the restaurant to have the order fixed. ***update*** The issue is not with the wingstop, but more with DoorDash that picks up the order. The carrier just did not care to ensure the complete order was picked up and delivered. They took the tip though. I called and text, but the delivery person did not want to respond. She responded to the first text and then ghosted me. My frustration is that this is not the first time or the 2nd, and sadly, not the 3rd time either. Wingstop did issue a refund and that really helped.I will not be ordering delivery for quite some time. And any place that has door dash as the delivery option, I will stay away from as well.

  This review is for the owners of this Wings Stop. A- Hire better management B- Pay your employees more because clearly customer service is not a priority. C- Seasoned Fries. Keep them in stock. People like fries with their wings. They don't like only carrots with their wings.

  It might be a good idea to not put the fries in the bags until they come to pick them up. People are driving 1015 minutes home so by the time they get there they’re often cold. It makes it harder for you guys but it sure be a fresh product for the customer.
