    So guys i always wondered why when i would come in at 11pm there would be Mop water doused on the floor and the soda machine shut down. But even in the midst of that they would take my complicated order. But today i found out they close at 12am instead of 1 am. Please review and change the time on google.

    Wingstop (Highway 6 & Little York location) I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience absolutely warrants one. I placed my order in advance through the app and arrived expecting a smooth pickup. When I walked in, several employees were standing around laughing and talking loudly. Not a single person acknowledged me—not even a quick greeting. The behavior felt more like a social gathering than a workplace. When I was finally acknowledged, I was told my order wasn’t ready yet but was “just waiting on fries.” While I understand delays can happen, the real issue was the complete lack of professionalism and customer service. So, I waited without anyone following up on me or my order. Eventually, another employee came in and immediately began assisting customers in a more professional manner. After waiting about 10 minutes—and watching several people who came in after me receive their orders—I asked the newer employee to check on mine. He found it just sitting on the rack. He did apologize and offered a brownie, which I appreciated, but the rest of the staff never acknowledged or addressed me at all. When I opened the bag, I immediately noticed the fries were sitting on top, completely open—just as they would be served for dine-in. That is unacceptable for a to-go order. When I tasted one, it was lukewarm and not worth addressing as I over the horrible service and ready to leave asap! Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. When I got hoke, the wings were cold, hard, and overly greasy, with oil pooling at the bottom—completely unappetizing. I ordered lemon pepper, but it tasted like it had been mixed with another flavor, likely due to cross-contamination. The buffalo wings were just as unpleasant. My stomach was genuinely unsettled afterward. I’ve had Wingstop before at another location and never experienced anything like this. This visit was an embarrassment to the brand and reflects poorly on management at this location. Customer service was nonexistent, and the food quality was unacceptable. I assume most of the staff was hired out of desperation. If not, that's how it projects with the lack of standards and customer etiquette. This was my first and last visit to this location. Never again.

    Cashier was very rude when I asked about why I was being upcharged on a meal I’ve gotten before and I felt uncomfortable. Won’t be coming to this location anymore.
