    Visited after seeing their billboard which featured a seemingly perfectly fried wing dripping with hot sauce. We were not disappointed! Wings were cooked to a beautiful crisp, were steaming hot, and served wet with sauce. We tried Korean BBQ, Hot, Mardi Gras, and Hot Honey. Korean bbq was surprisingly spicy. Hot was a nice standard buffalo flavor, not too hot or salty. Mardi Gras was flavorful, but very mild and perfect for those who don’t like spicy food. The hot honey was good but I probably wouldn’t order it again. There are some flavors I’d still like to try like spicy peach 🍑. The french fries were seasoned well and were served hot and fresh. The fried corn was a special surprise that I would highly recommend you try. The guys running the place were very friendly and accommodating. Give em a try. We went to the Midtown location.

    I’m giving this place 3 stars because the food is genuinely great, but the service needs serious improvement. We tried Wingbay for the first time dining in, and the experience was excellent. The food was fresh, flavorful, and everything we hoped for. Because of that, we were excited to come back. Unfortunately, our second visit (to-go) was a completely different experience. Even though I ordered ahead through the app, I had to wait 5–10 minutes before being acknowledged. Normally, that wouldn’t bother me, but the cashier was on a personal call on speakerphone while also ordering tamales from a lady who had walked in. After that interaction, she walked back to the kitchen without acknowledging me, and I had to continue waiting even though my order was already sitting in the pickup area. When I finally got home, we realized we were missing the two ranch dips we paid for. I called the restaurant, and the same cashier answered. She mentioned they were short-staffed and struggling, which I understand—but there was no offer to fix the mistake or even have me come back to pick up what I paid for. That lack of effort to make things right was disappointing. I also ordered the dirty fries both times, and there was a noticeable difference. The first time they were great, but this time they were dry and lacked sauce. The food has a lot of potential, which is why I’m willing to give this place another chance. However, the service and overall consistency really need improvement, especially when it comes to customer experience and accountability.

    ordered online, but ate inside. there are a few small tables, but they probably could not comfortably accommodate more than two people. it was fine for me, as i ate alone. employee was very friendly!! i got Korean bbq tenders and they tasted great. a good bit of spice to them, but not too much. Cajun fries are pretty good. they taste good with ranch. prices were fairly reasonable.

    I must say today was the first and last time visiting this location being a new local to Houston! The customer service I received today from Cashier: FATIMA was rude and by far my worst food experience. Long story short I placed an order via phone came to pick up and asked to change it due to unknown information and was told no too bad and there would be no adjustment. Had to pull teeth to get a refund after dissatisfied. Asked for a manager and was told they couldn't give his name or contact info to further and had to email corporate. To make matters worse the food order I canceled and was sitting for 15 min was given to another customer for free after my hands had touched the food! Do not go HERE they have the cooks touching their face and clothes and outside objects then handling your food.
