Our server, Rachel, was extremely rude and inattentive—no greeting, no communication, and at one point slammed napkins on the table without saying a word. We had to raise our hands just to get assistance while she stood nearby and was not helping other tables. Our order was also incorrect, but due to her dismissive and unapproachable attitude, we did not feel comfortable saying anything. Really disappointing, especially for a place our family, colleagues, and local schools have supported for years.
