  I had a waiter that was very unkind & not hospitable at all to my party of 7 after buying multiple bottles of wine for the table any various courses. Being a great fan of the Galveston location, I was surprised that my experience here was so different.

  The atmosphere makes it look upscale but the service is not upscale. The paring is a pain if you miss the free valet time but you still have to tip valet even if it is free so it is not free. you cant always use the parking lot that is right by the restaurant. The menu is ok and items are described well so you can order something and get it and be like WTF is this?! The food is ok not worth the price they charge. If you like heavy seasoning this is not the place for you. The happy hour menu has a lot of options but the best part is the drinks. However, you must watch the bartenders because they will pour a beer and leave half the glass with foam and they need to be better trained on that. I met a group there so when we dined our server was not that great and did not do well with a large party and it should have been more than just him. I would not recommend this place. This was my first time there along with others in my party and will be our last. folks find another seafood place to eat.

  I recently had the pleasure of attending a rehearsal dinner at Willie G’s, and I can honestly say it was one of those rare, unforgettable experiences that stays with you long after the evening is over. From the moment we arrived, every member of the Willie G’s team seemed genuinely happy to be there. Smiles, eye contact, warmth, and a sincere willingness to help—qualities you unfortunately don’t encounter often enough in restaurants today. It created an atmosphere that was incredibly welcoming and positive. For our private party, Ryan Blake was our server, and she was absolutely phenomenal. Our group was, to put it mildly, a thirsty bunch! 😂 Yet somehow, in the middle of all the activity, Ryan managed to anticipate our needs, keep everyone taken care of, and do it all with an amazing attitude and, of course, a smile. That kind of service is memorable. It’s not just about great food it’s about how a place makes you feel. Willie G’s delivered an experience that felt genuinely special from beginning to end. If you find yourself in Houston, do yourself a favor: go to Willie G’s. Come for the prime steak and seafood, but stay for the people, the atmosphere, and the exceptional experience. It’s the kind of evening you’ll be talking about long after the last bite.

  Outstandingly attentive staff, wonderful atmosphere, memorable dining experience. Awesome server name Julio! The manager and the doorman Pops was friendly & attentive great customer service!

  Very bad seating experience, the one host at the front desk definitely did not have skills to communicate with incoming guest, her tone was very rude and un inviting. The more we tried to explain to her we wanted to change the count of guest that was supposed to be with the party originally. She consistently, refuse to listen to what was being said. And kept telling us know. Our original party was supposed to be 20, but do them not being there at the designated time. We wanted to change the count to who was present at that particular time. She insisted on telling us, that we could not change the count, and that we had to wait for the original count t arrive, I myself told her several times t cancel the party of 20. She practically ignored request, and another employee stepped in to assit us. Then when we did sit down one of the guests that's was with us, food was not brought to the table until everyone had already eaten... Very bad service on that day.
