Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- ACAngel CedilloJul 3, 20265.0Was my first time at this location having to wait a while just for one thing I ordered a chicken sandwich that’s it literally they said wait in lane b I was ok whit since I’d had to wait before order was placed at 2:38 I didn’t get my sandwich till 2:59 I honestly tought they forgot about my order definitely don’t come at night the late night staff is not the same service as the day time worse thing is it was the manager taking orders and receiving payment at the window not mad just bothered by the fact I waited so long for a chicken Sandwich

We walk in and stands at the counter to order for about 10 mins, two of the workers looked right at us and still didn’t acknowledge us. That’s when a longer line was forming behind us. Once I made a statement “Oh are we invisible “? That’s when Selina M came to take my order. I ordered the Wings and then confirming with my boyfriend on his mom’s order she interrupts with attitude, rushing. I did tell her to “hold on”because you are not about to rush me. Once I received my food , I did not have my fries in the bag so I went with the receipt back to the counter, I mentioned that I did not receive the fries & was asked if I still wanted the fries……I mean yes I paid for it….Selina M came back with cold fries in the bag . And the sauce for the wings was little to none & stuck to the side of the bowl . With no napkins or fork to eat with. This was one of my go to places to go but after this I’m not to sure . This happen 06/13/26 @ 10:47 pm Order number : 217550 Price was $17.30.
