  I love the place. I noticed that staff differs from place to pace so sometimes they’re not as friendly as they are other places which I’ve come to expect from Whataburger, but that’s my personal preference. Otherwise the food is pretty consistent love the fact that my fries are always hot.

  Bad customer service. The first young lady at the first window was pleasant and courteous even though the card machine went down. But when I got to the second window, I waited a while and had no problem but when the young lady finally gave me my food, she stated that Mam I mean no disrespect but you have already been at the window for 6 minutes!! Are you kidding me???!!! YOU JUST GAVE ME MY FOOD and I didn’t even look in the bag to check it which I always do but I didn’t even start doing that and she was basically trying to rush me off. So I said wait huh?! Whats going on? Her manager ran over and asked whats going on? I told her im trying to find out as well… I told her what the young lady said and then told her Im going to check my food but I didn’t even start checking it and she just wanted me to move on. The manager took over to check if I had everything but my issue is you dont allow that. She obviously knew it was wrong because she came running to the window! Like it was not my fault that I had to wait on the food. I had ny money ready and they had to give me my drinks and food & on top of my order missing a drink and condiments, I was also blocked in by 2 cars. The young lady was young and hispanic and needs to be trained on customer service. Im definitely doing the survey because no you will not play with me.

  I think gastfood places should only hire kids with a GPA of 3.5 or higher. How hard it's it to read an order? Or placed items in a bag that has the order attached to it. If it's round then it goes in the round shaped opening. If it's square then it goes in the square shaped opening. So all that to say... Check your order before you leave.

  Burger was dry and bland. It tastes faintly of garbage and left my car smelling like garbage too. They didn't give me the ranch dressing I ordered. Onion rings tastes like they were cooked in old oil. Honestly the Ultimate cheeseburger from Jack in the box and the jack in the box onion rings, curly fries, and drinks beat this place. AND Whataburger is overpriced. I tried them again for delivery but it was still disgusting. I really thought I liked Whataburger lol but maybe everyone else just stepped up their game even Dairy Queen has surprised me lately.
