    Absolutely terrible night shift slow and ALWAYS ALWAYS gets orders wrong, employee taking orders is incompetent got my order wrong 3 times. Ridiculous.

Yesterday's order happened to be wrong; a couple items had not been included. I didn't realize the issue until I had already gotten to work. I called the restaurant immediately and was able to speak with the manager. I told him what had happened. I let him know I would be ordering again the same way tomorrow and he said he would take care of it for me. When I got to the restaurant today, I went inside with yesterday's receipt. I hadn't been inside for 20 seconds when an employee walked up to me and asked me my name. I replied with my name and she already knew what the score was. I walked with her up to the counter and she asked if I wanted to add the missing items from yesterday to today's order? Certainly. I was early to pick up today's order so they still had it on the grill but I didn't wait long. I was out the door in less than 5 minutes and on my way to work. The professionalism and efficiency of that team was on an Olympic level and this is the reason I will be returning weekly to get my lunches before work. Last but not least, I want to say thank you to Marisela. She was the employee who took charge of my problem and saw it through to the end. She said she was the Drive-thru cashier but the way she took charge of the situation, I can believe she'd make an excellent right hand man for the owner of this Whataburger!

    Stopped by Whataburger for a quick meal and it hit the spot. The food came out hot, the order was right, and the staff was friendly even though they were busy. I got my usual, and it tasted exactly like I hoped it would. It is one of those places that is easy to count on when you want something fast but still filling. Nothing fancy, just a good burger, fries, and a simple stop that went smoothly.

    This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Whataburger. From the moment I got to the window, the employee who helped me was rude and dismissive. She immediately told me to pull over to the side door, which was fine, but when she brought out my order, she practically threw the bag of food at me as if she was angry or in a bad mood. After checking my order, I politely went back and asked for ketchup and a fork. Instead of simply helping me, she responded with an extremely rude and condescending attitude, asking, “What do you want?” in a way that made it clear she didn’t want to be bothered. Throughout the entire interaction, I remained polite, patient, and respectful. I did nothing to warrant being treated this way. Customers should not have to deal with hostility just for picking up their food and asking for basic condiments. Management needs to address the behavior of this employee. Customer service at this location is completely unacceptable, and based on this experience, I would not recommend coming here.
