Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Ordered a double with cheese sub mayo today at 330am and got home to see it was a single burger with mustard. After getting off a 12hr shift and wanting something that's really frustrating to deal with.
- SWS WilliamsAug 18, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to recognize Ijamel, the manager at Whataburger, for providing outstanding customer service and demonstrating excellent leadership. I came inside during the peak lunch rush to place four separate orders. Because I had multiple bags, I needed help carrying everything to my vehicle, and the staff was helpful with getting my orders out. Once I got to my vehicle, I realized that the special orders weren’t marked, which made it difficult to tell which meal belonged to each person. I brought this to Ijamel’s attention, and he immediately took care of it. He personally made sure the orders were properly labeled and returned them to me in a timely manner. What impressed me most was that this happened during one of the busiest times of the day. Ijamel remained professional, attentive, and focused on making sure the issue was corrected. Ijamel went above and beyond. His leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service deserve recognition. Employees and managers like him are the reason customers remember a positive experience. Great job, Ijamel!
- CCC CAug 12, 20261.0HORRIBLE general manager (kelvin richards) had something up and stuck in his behind being rude from the start, refused to remake my order because there was a bite mark on the patty and refused to give me water at the end. What a great way to end a sixteen hour shift. Also note he was very unprofessional in front of all his teen employees. What an idol! SMH! Absolutely no customer service available here. I will no longer give whataburger my money after this.
