Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The manager (frenado?) was very unprofessional and did not want to give me drink for the listed price and made one of his employees prove that price was the same in the system. Just not friendly or customer service oriented. The cashier and drive thru rep were very nice!

I’m writing this as my husband is still at Whataburger. Why? Because he’s been there for over 30mins waiting for the food, when he was finally handed the food it was cold, one of the kids meal containers was empty, and we were missing drinks. This isn’t the first time this has happened, it will be the last though- yall have sucked so much/often I’d rather drive down the freeway than deal with this one.

They wouldn't honor my coupon on the app, because the lady said it had expired, I have never have trouble redeeming food with the app at other location. Very rude staff. Didn't even get a receipt.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Sheba and she was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, welcoming, and greeted us with a smile. She made sure our order was correct, and since we were a bit indecisive, she patiently explained the menu items and offered helpful recommendations. Her knowledge and positive attitude made the entire experience exceptional. I have never experienced this level of service at a Whataburger before. Sheba provided service that rivaled the top-tier hospitality people associate with Chick-fil-A. She truly went above and beyond and made our visit memorable. Keep up the great work, Sheba! 👏🍔
