  The only reason I am giving a 4 star is due to the young man who was nice at the counter. However, while watching the employee prepare the drive-thru orders,I was mildly disgusted. Every bun was on the prep table without the paper in between. Once the burger was prepared then it was picked up and wrapped in the paper. With his gloves, he would clean off the prep table and then proceed to making burgers again. With those same gloves, he touched handles, fryers, everything until the next order was up. The employee also took sanitized wipes to clean the prep table and Once again,placed buns on the prep table. Why would a customer want the chemicals from the wipes seeping into their bun??? Is that cross contamination?? Once I unwrapped the burger that was prepared for me by employees I could not see, all of my toppings fell off the burger. Too many gloves touching too many things other than food. I won't be back unless things change.

  Very unprofessional food was not fresh or hot., fries had too much salt and warm called the manager by phone while talking to me multi tasking talking to other people and a rude experience acted as if they don't care of giving quality.I will no go back here and recommend anybody else not to.

  I went to buy a #1 only cheese and meat (dry) and they gave me a sandwish with cheese only ,if you dont want to work dont go put attention on what you doing thanks

  This is a very popular BBQ restaurant in Old Town Spring area. We went for lunch on a Saturday. We were there about 45 minutes before their opening time. There was already a long line of people snaking around the building. Fortunately we were able to find one of the last few remaining parking spots in the back of the building. The restaurant opened at the right time and the line started moving slowly but steadily. People can enter the restaurant and order their food. There are tables inside which is air-conditioned and more tables in the grassy area on the side of the restaurant. It was already sweltering hot at 11:00 am so we were certainly glad that we found a table inside the restaurant. The food is delicious. The meats were well prepared and flavorful. They are focused on serving BBQ dishes so there isn’t anything else to choose from. The food is definitely worth the trouble of standing in the line.

  I waking in this location. They was really rude no hello. No Good morning. Customer service is really bad. I was standing on Line nobody come and help me. So I left . Never going back again. I don’t like to spend money where I don’t be treated right. They were sitting down in the table instead of helping😡😡🤬
