Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
This is the worst Whataburger I've ever been to they give you half of full containers when you wata size your onion rings or fries the food is cold and the people have bad attitudes. just a horrible place and waste of money.

I ordered directly through Whataburger’s delivery service and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. First, my order was significantly delayed, and when it finally arrived, it was completely wrong.
I drove back to the location to have my food remade correctly, only to be told they “couldn’t” make my breakfast items because it was 10 minutes past breakfast time — even though they clearly still had everything in the kitchen to make it. Instead of trying to accommodate the mistake THEY made, they offered me random substitutes that I never asked for and refused to correct the actual items I ordered.
This is by far the worst Whataburger experience I’ve ever had. Between the incorrect order, terrible customer service, lack of accountability, and refusal to fix their mistake, this location seriously needs better management. Completely unacceptable.

How do you start a Sunday morning off exhibiting poor customer service skills? Easy I guess. I walked into the store this morning to buy a BOB meal (sausage) w/ OJ instead of coffee. I normally get a cup of ice for the OJ. I brought a tumbler this morning to put my OJ and cup of ice in it while I wait for my meal. Before I can place my order the lady at the register tells me I can't use my cup in there. I kindly state, I'm going to put a cup of ice in it. She states we do not sell ice. Mind you that I was going to buy a meal which come with a drink. Her tone and manner was very unprofessional. The only thing she did do right was to say let me check with my boss and walked away. I never said anything else, I just left. I drove a mile away to another Whataburger and was greeted and served with the customer service that should be the norm. I will NEVER visit this location again and i
I will share my experience with others.
I found out later that the lady at the register was the dayshift manager. This is sad, how can she train others on customer service when she is lacking. I hope management is reading this, training is needed.

One Star - Awful Service
I'm a huge Whataburger fan, but this location was a major disappointment. I went to the second lane, and the staff took orders from other cars before mine, forcing me to reverse and switch to the first lane. When I finally got to order, I was rushed before I could finish my order. The employee's rude attitude and demeanor were unacceptable. Whataburger needs to invest in better training or hire more qualified staff for this location. As much as I love Whataburger, I won't be returning to this particular spot.
