  So I frequent every whataburger in America from all over Texas to Arizona to Missouri to Oklahoma. I get the same meal, 2 grill chicken only chopped up with grilled onions and grilled jalapeños simple meal. It’s nothing too crazy every other whataburger accommodate me. Except this one in my own neighborhood. The managers who on shift at about 4pm it was 2 older black ladies on a weekday gave me attitude very poor service. Just cause I wanted something different, and they didn’t even try to do at all. Also didn’t want to put my stuff in the proper container. I’m never going back here, I’ll rather ride 20 mins away to the next one to get treated properly.

  Terrible service , ordered my food when I check there is no ketchup and napkins with my meal, when I asked for it two ladies looked so angry at me like I am forcing them to do what they are being paid for to do, the staff are all rude, disrespectful and unprofessional, whataburger should check for such a ugly behavior by their employees, not a good experience.

  When I came to this location for lunch the service was amazing. They were kind and my food was delicious!!! Mrs. Hunt even helped me when I called to ask a question. She was extremely friendly and welcoming!

  I lived in Austin for three years, so I’m very familiar with Whataburger. I now live in Denver and there are Whataburger locations in Colorado Springs. I ate at this location for the first time yesterday. I was greeted by every staff member at the counter. My food was delivered to my table, hot and fresh. The keyword being hot. I can’t remember the last time that I bid into an onion ring and it was so hot that I had to pause for a moment. I can’t remember the last time I bid into a chicken sandwich and had to pause because it was so hot. That’s a culture of pride that is instilled in that restaurant. I took the time to mention those facts to the manager. What a memorable experience good job!

  Everything was correct except my burger and that was my main thing 😓 when I looked in my bag, all items were there , when I got home my burger was the wrong burger . I’m already home and tired, I am not driving back. I called to see if there’s anything they could do and I was just told to bring it back. I don’t want to have to open my burger up everytime to make sure it’s correct but I guess.
