Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

So come back the manager tries to make me fill out some refund paper to get a refund and says that they will refund me within 24 to 48 hours so I decide to let them remake my food. She (the manager) Alexis tries to give me the burger and not my onion rings after I’ve paid almost $15 for the meal and she clearly saw that she threw my other onion rings away. Do not go to this place go to another Whataburger.

Just ordered small fries, which was overcooked while the taste itself was okay. Men’s restroom was out of service. The lady manager on duty was doing a video call with someone on her phone, while also greeting customers and taking drive through orders. That itself said it all. I would agree with other one star reviews. No one seems to have accountability or care to provide good service, which I had always appreciated and come to expect at Whataburger. Regional leadership reading these reviews, should revamp or close this location, before the brand reputation goes down, especially since it’s right next to an airport.
