Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- AGArely GonzalezAug 4, 20265.0I came in after watching spider man, and I was hungry and I came in with high hoping expectations and it didn't disappoint, the burgers were made fresh unlike McDonald's ew; and the shiftleaders on duty called allizay and Alexa were very nice passing me my food and helped me with my order and recommend everyone to show them respect, and David was very nice talking with when I was in the front counter. They have very nice people.

I ordered a chicken sandwich, and after taking a few bites I noticed the chicken was still pink and appeared undercooked. I immediately stopped eating because I wasn’t comfortable taking the risk. Food safety should never be something customers have to worry about, especially with chicken. I hope management takes this seriously, checks their cooking procedures, and makes sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I usually enjoy Whataburger, but this experience has made me hesitant to come back.
