Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Friendly employees which made my experience a little different this time. They were smiling and happy to be there and that's what made it an overall great experience, even though I've been to multiple Whataburger 100s of times it was way better than any other time.

Every time I go in there to sit and eat at least lately I am not treated like every one else I order a simple meal like last night i ordered breakfast at 12am 6-8 other people came in ordered got there food in 10 minutes i went to the restroom and everyting my food took well over 30 minutes it was cold dried up and old saw them pull the fires up they were old fries re-dropped and for the employees to laugh at the matter is very unacceptable and unprofessional HR will be called I’ve had enough with the unnecessary and unknown disrespect when i tip my cashier 9/10 and I have manners

The staff that worked on 4/27/26 At 4:30am was very slow minded and could not get my order right. I was ordering for my mom and had to pay twice for a small side of gravy after showing them it was on my receipt but since it was low on ink and the “system needed to update” they caught and attitude when you could still see it clearly written on the receipt. I really hate to say it but it was a black dude doing the drive through and a black woman at the window. If you don’t like getting orders remember that that’s why you have a job because people like us show up to buy. You are not there to stand around, without customers there is no restaurant. Shame on you Whataburger, SHAME

Ordered an online order for pickup as I work night shifts and have a break at 12-12:30. I ordered ahead for it to be ready at 12:05. I ended up waiting 40 mins for a burger and fries. That's it. About 7 cars got their food before mine. Not to mention that when I received it, it was cold, and they added extra pickles when I specifically asked for no pickles. On top of all that....I missed my lunch break and had to go back to work late. Thanks Whataburger. I thought u were better than that.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Very Rude! Lady in the kitchen with blue shirt, short black hair and dark glasses had rude comments and false accusations! We ordered a breakfast bowl and asked for the gravy on the side. They gave it to us with gravy on it and gravy on the side. I asked them if they could please correct it and the lady with black glasses said, "You probably poured it on there." WHAT!?!? Are You Serious!!!???? Yeah that's why it's UNDER the melted cheese Y'ALL put on there!!! Thankfully the Lady that took our order was the ONLY nice and honest person and asked the kitchen to fix a new one. But lady in blue shirt, short black hair and dark glasses and dark lipstick was Extremely Rude, falsely accusing. Definitely NOT returning to this location!!!! Lol Now employees are arguing with each other at the counter. And drive through lady coming out talking bad about the customers in drive thru. Wow!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! Looks like management is more worried about being ugly to customers instead of managing store 👎
