  Today, Thursday, July 9th at 10:16am, I had the best experience during my order in the Drive through of Lane 1. I was greeted by a very friendly and professional drive staff. While my intentions were to order the grill chicken, after she kindly provided the wait time, I thanked her and opted for a double meat Whataburger Jr. with just how I like. Which I was very impressed, that her tone was always friendly and professional. Everything was BEAUTIFUL and to order! The buns toasted on both sides, the lettuce was crisp and my extra tomatoes were ripe, the patties were juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the mayo and mustard were applied with precision! Sorry I didn't get a photo...I was ready for a delicious experience. Please reach out to the team at this location for a team that worked together and started my day off wonderfully.: In Houston, TX at Beltway 8 West Bound near formally, Greenspoint Mall at Greenspoint Drive.

  Drive through moved quickly, coffee was hot and fresh, hashbrowns were perfect crispness. It would be nice if there were kids meal options for breakfast. Drive through Staff was kind with a pleasant smile.

  I came in and ordered pancakes on a Saturday . NO ONE was in the restauraunt but me . So I saw that as a good thing .....apparently not. I waited 25 minutes . I was on a quick break and rushed here to get something to eat so I could make it through my 11 hour day . The original lady marie was nice and polite. So I waited til I couldn't anymore and asked the next lady to help me check on my order and if it wasn't almost ready after waiting already for 20 minutes .....I would have to leave and just get a refund. The reason I said this was because I could hear and see that everyone was wanting pancakes that day. .....and the lady making them said ....." We are out of pancakes got to make some more batter " otherwise .....I would have just kept trying to wait. The young lady rudely told me she wasn't giving me a refund ....that was just crazy ....and that she had just closed her register .....as though that had anything to do with me. Then she yells out to the others .....CAN SOMEONE. CHECK ON HER PANCAKES !!?? like that was necessary . I Sat quietly ....until she asked another lady who I was hoping had a different attitude ( not) and I explained to her I had run out of time waiting .....and if they weren't ready I just needed a refund .....again this young rude lady said that's crazy ....I already told you im not giving you a refund my register is closed . As if I never worked in a restauraunt my whole long life and didn't know any better . I kept quiet til I got my cakes .....and asked her which part is crazy ....THE PART THAT IT TOOK a fast food restauraunt 25 MINUTES TO MAKE PANCAKES??? ITS NOT IHOP. It's cool ....I don't need to come to this place anymore. ...theres an awesome gas station next door that makes delicious tacos .....in 5 minutes ....DO BETTER ....YOU ONLY HAD ONE JOB THERES like 10 of you back there .

  This location definitely needs to be studied. It is 6/13/2026 3:20 AM in the morning. All the staff members have come outside of the restaurant , two of them multiple times, with their gloves on touching poles, touching phones, touching doors. They all go back inside, don’t change their gloves, but continue to make my food, pack my order and hand it to me with the same gloves. This is so many health code violations broken. It is insane. Definitely not sanitary.
