Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    They made me wait forever for two salads. Then I had to go look for my food and they didnt even have the order right. Two salads come on now do better my friends

    Line is always slow waiting 15 mims and the young lady at the window today still aint give is everything we needed . A Tall , medium skin , pink hair wrap , the lady at the window was rude .

    I will never order this place they don’t care about customers they should now that they get pay buy us so I will never recommend this place because they gave me missing order I knew they take long to service too so good luck to other customers that go there this place will never order the only place they take care is at little York 59

    The food was good. I had a spicy chicken sandwich that day. My only issue is they clearly need to change the oil. Darkness signifies that the oil needs to be changed. Other than that the service was great and the food tasted pretty good. The fries were absolutely fresh like I like it.

    G'Evening, To whom this my concern, I visited Whataburger April 18, 2026 store (#550) @ 2057hrs walk in... As I pulled and parked, I noticed a Latina (female) changing trash in the dining room area...I walked in , approached the register to order my carry out, The same female (My receipt 🧾 says Jocelyn R.) that was changing trash took my order and money wearing the same glove she Was changing the trash with. I also watched her touch someone drink on the counter wearing the same gloves (rewind the camera back if you need proof) I ordered (#170893) Four Large Meat Patties (only) with no salt, and Three Large Cheese slices ... She stated what you mean no salt. I said no seasoning...(Make it make sense) On my receipt she put * 4 SPECIAL*... She didn't notify the cook what the special meant ... I had to ask a team lead to make sure my patties didn't have salt (I have health issues )...I think she told them, but I'm not sure. If you need proof, view via surveillance/camera's I didn't feel welcome, I spent my hard earned money , well as other customers to keep the lights on at this location... Can management please do me and y'all a favor , and retrain your staff members on 1. Making the customer feel welcome with having outstanding customer service skills 2. It is not sanitary to wear nasty dirty gloves and take orders and money 3. Having a positive attitude (even if you're faking it) can make someone day 4. Making fresh, quality, and delicious food each and every time is a must before y'all get caught up in a liability situation over a staff member who don't care...please reply back to this message making sure we're on the same page, if not I'll write to corporate...thank you
