Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- LLlu1 day ago1.0Don't come here go to another whataburger. It will take 20 minutes for your order to be ready because staff is dancing and talking instead of working. Not coming back here again in my life. Food was OK. But the wait and lack of service are awful.

It seems almost criminal to pay this much for a meal at a burger place, but when I do it's more than likely gonna be here at Whataburger. Foods great, restrooms (mens at least) are nearly always clean . The staff are for the most part friendly and my order generally is always fast. If your not from Texas and want a delicious burger (Whataburger is our little secret) stop here. Iykyn.

I understand there are rules, but the way the situation was handled was unnecessary and frustrating. They eventually decided to let me use the coupons this time. Then, when I asked the employee who calls out the orders for some ranch and ketchup, she told me it would be 54 cents. I said “oh, never mind,” and she gave me the nastiest look afterward. I understand charging for sauces, but the attitude was completely unnecessary. Honestly, she was a terrible person to deal with and made me feel very unwelcome. In my opinion, she needs to be fired or at least seriously talked to about how she treats customers. I will not be coming back.
