  Food was whataburger but the employee that was working jn the store tonight was a real price of work she was extremely rude there's nicer ways to ask people to pull up. It was the lady taking orders just rude.

  took 30 minutes to order and pay, got entire order wrong then told us to wait for another hour we had to refund, terrible service do not go here.

  Took 25 minutes to give us our food after telling us to “pull up” and gave us poor attitude , cold food we asked for extra ketchup and they couldn’t even do that. Even offered to pay extra for it and they refused

  Unfortunately this is the only Whataburger close to where I live, but every single time I’ve come here they have completely ruined my order. The service is miserable, I even triple check with the workers that it is the correct order but every time something is wrong or missing. If you can go to any other location, go to them. This location the workers are rude and will not care at all for making the order YOU PAY FOR correct.

  Very uninformed employees. Last 4 visits, my order was wrong. Been a local N.Main customer since the 90's, but this place has gone to .... Bought 30$ worth of food and the complained about giving me extra ketchup.
