  Came here after a 12 hour shift at 11pm after dreaming about a burger for the last 6 hours just for them to give me the wrong order. I got a single with cheese when I paid for a double with double cheese and bacon. So I paid for more and got less

  Whataburger policy is for each guest to be greeted upon arrival. This didn't happen, in fact I waited well over 5 minutes to even be acknowledged and place my order. When my food arrived it was okay, not what I usually expect from Whataburger. The dining room area had more team members sitting around on break than customers and it was quite dirty especially considering that it was not crowded. The key pad lock on the restroom door was not functioning properly, so I had to wait for someone to get a key and manually let me into the restroom. There were not napkins available at the self service drink station. This location is okay, it fell short of meeting my expectations.

  This was my first Whataburger I’ve ever been to and it was an awesome experience! Diamond took good care of me, she was very hospitable and super nice and even gave me some free key chains!! If I’m ever out in Houston again, I’ll be sure to stop by.

  We are from out of town. We stopped at this Whataburger. 1st, service was top notch. They were extremely friendly,courteous, professional and offered such a pleasant experience. I was extremely impressed to say the least. 2nd, the burgers and fries were very good 👍. We enjoyed this spot and of we are ever in this area again, this Whataburger will be a must stop.

  Shrink-flation at its best. If you don’t know the term look it up. It started with the #13 chicken strip basket a couple months ago. I was so shocked at what were basically slightly oversized deformed chicken nuggets (not strips) that I actually documented it. But I didn’t leave a review. Maybe a fluke, right? But this week I went again as it’s close to my job. The first thing that struck me was the cashier gave me $0.15 cents back (paid cash) when I was owed $0.19. Okay. I know all about the penny “shortage”, but I think we’re all getting a little too comfortable with the idea of being shorted a near 25% of the change due. It’s not about the money, it’s the principle. So, like any regular person I said “hold on I think I can find a penny in my car so you can give me 20 cents instead of 15 cents.” And I did. What did he say? He handed me a nickel and said “keep your penny. We’re not taking penny’s”…. So you’re not taking a penny, but were wiling to short me 4…. I digress. I got to work with my #13 and again, I found disturbingly small pieces of chciken. And I am a firm believer that most Texas chains and fast food restaurants serve too much! But never have I EVER finished a #13 from whataburger, much less been hungry after. Legit, I was hangry not long after this measly portion of “chicken strips”! And the picture with the straw doesn’t do it justice because of perspective, but I promise you the piece of meat inside was the exact same width as my straw.
